I went there once, I went there a second time, and I went back a third time before leaving... And I've already planned to go back next year!

The staff were all young, energetic, and incredibly helpful. On the first day, the shower water was slow to heat up, and when it hadn't improved by the next day, I spoke to the front desk. They immediately came to my room to check and called a maintenance person to fix it. The maintenance staff even spoke Japanese, which made communication easy and reassuring. Breakfast options were pretty much the same daily, but everything was delicious, and I was satisfied. The entrance has stairs, so it might be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage. While the building and facilities show some age, the front lobby, restaurant, sky bar, and pool have a great atmosphere that really gives you a resort feel. I enjoyed drinks by the poolside and at the sky bar; even with the current weak yen, the prices weren't high, making it easy to enjoy. It's a bit of a distance to bustling areas like Pub Street. Walking in the heat can be tiring, but you can call a tuk-tuk via GRAB for around $1, and they arrive at the hotel in about a minute, which is super convenient. Overall, it was a satisfying stay. If I get the chance to visit Siem Reap again, I'd definitely consider staying at this hotel.

This hotel is wonderful! It really feels like you're staying in a private villa surrounded by lush greenery. It's located on a quiet street, yet still within walking distance of Pub Street. The staff were very polite and explained everything clearly; check-in was super quick. A huge bonus is the pool where you can take a swim. The room was spacious and had all the amenities. We were very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant. Luna was charming – she greeted me by name every time. The hotel's location is perfect; everything is within walking distance – supermarkets, Pub Street, massage parlors, and a park with bats. The cleaning service was excellent. They provide two room key cards, so you can leave one in the room to keep the electricity on and charge your devices. The pool has long operating hours, and the water is warm and clean. The only downside was the Wi-Fi speed. The router was near the door, but it wasn't fast enough for streaming videos.

The rooms are fantastic and well-appointed, and the hotel even has a swimming pool, making it perfect for a vacation! Personally, I think Siem Reap is an ideal holiday destination, especially during the off-season. Just check out the ancient ruins and you're good to go!
