This hotel is great for families with kids! The service is excellent, and the shuttle bus is quick and always on time. The food is good too! The rooms are spacious, which the kids loved. The pool is nice, though it would be even better if they provided towels there. The hotel also offered a complimentary tea ceremony experience.

Nestled in the mountains, this hidden gem of a guesthouse is a treasure. The overall design exudes a serene Japanese Zen garden aesthetic, with white walls, wooden windows, and a dry landscape garden. Opening the window reveals breathtaking mountain views at every turn, making it incredibly picturesque for photos. The rooms feature a tatami layout, with paper screen windows framing the lush green mountain scenery, offering a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The communal tea room within the courtyard has a wonderful ambiance, perfect for enjoying tea and unwinding. The outdoor infinity pool, backed by mountains, is a fantastic spot for kids to splash and play to their hearts' content. But the highlight is definitely the hotel's service. The butler was incredibly responsive and efficient, addressing all our needs in a flash – comparable to 'Shenzhen speed.' They were also thoughtful and meticulous, which I truly appreciated. I'm very satisfied and will definitely be back!

Extremely satisfied with everything, truly great value for money. The hotel's Wabi-sabi decor is beautiful, and the common areas are filled with birdsong and flowers. The hotel service was absolutely amazing, so incredibly personal and welcoming. They really considered every detail from a guest's perspective. As someone in the service industry myself, I learned a lot from their dedication. I messaged them late at night asking for an iron, as I needed to iron my linen clothes for a photoshoot the next day. I mentioned they could bring it to me the next morning, but they delivered it in the middle of the night! Any drink requests were also fulfilled instantly, and their responses to messages were lightning-fast! This level of service is definitely worth the price! The front desk staff, especially the lady, was truly wonderful! Her service attitude was top-notch!

It rained during our stay, so there were very few people around, and we truly enjoyed two days that felt like a secluded paradise. Sanbao Village was quiet and cool. The hotel's facilities and service were impeccable, allowing those escaping the noisy city for a vacation to quickly unwind.

The renovation is superb... I was worried about the heavy July rains making things inconvenient, so I only stayed one night, but I was so reluctant to check out!
