Best Western Mystic Hotel

Breakfast was great, and it included eggs, bacon, assorted toasts and muffins, cereals, coffee, juices, and hot chocolate. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The gym was small with some equipment, but if you just need the basics, it's perfect. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel was fine. The location was perfect for our needs and close to the river. Breakfast was lacking in options (there were eggs and a meat, bread, bagels, a couple of cereals, yogurt, and oatmeal packets) and did not have waffles or pancakes. The automatic door was broken, which was slightly annoying but seemed like a temporary issue.

Clean room. Front desk manager not friendly. Needed bedding for pull out couch. Said they would bring up shortly but it never arrived. Kid slept on mattress with a blanket. Not happy. Had medical emergency in middle of night and desk staff had no idea where the nearest hospital was. Smiled but clueless. Language was a challenge. Would not likely stay here again

The staff was very nice and helpful. I didn’t love too much that the beds were metal boxed, my friend hit herself twice. There was a spider in the bathroom and the TV should be easier to manage without having to sign up using my personal account. Overall I did like my stay and I would recommend this hotel

fitness center could use a stationary bike. Other than that it was fine. Room was clean. Staff was excellent.

The staff was great, very friendly. First time staying here because our regular hotel was closed. Will definitely be back

Room are spotless, HSKP staff are great, FD agent also great but need to wear proper uniform instead of baseball hat and jacket. Maybe I will be back!
