Torel 1884 Suites & Apartments

The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Our room was in a building on another street, and the staff proactively helped us with our luggage. That street is super convenient for sightseeing and dining, and there are lots of live performances you can watch from your small balcony. The room came equipped with a kettle, kitchenware, and dish soap, which was very handy, especially for a longer stay.

The breakfast was great, with both à la carte options and a set menu of bread and fruit. The actual room was in a separate building, about a 5-minute walk from the check-in desk, and the staff were very helpful with luggage. The location is super central, right next to São Bento train station, and it's just a 5-10 minute walk to the Ribeira district and the Dom Luís I Bridge. Plus, there are lots of little shops downstairs to explore. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Excellent service, great boutique interior, we really felt welcome, everything was at our disposal.

The room was decorated in a very classic style, and the breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality. The hotel staff were very welcoming and provided attentive service. Those who are sensitive to noise can request a room that does not face the street upon check-in.
