This is a fantastic hotel, but parking needs to be reserved and paid for in advance. Public parking nearby is very hard to find. However, the hotel service is excellent and the room is very spacious. A great experience overall!

There are so many fixtures in the room so you do not have enough space to feel comfortable. Service of the employees is really poor and unprofessional, when you ask a question they reply with sarcasm, they are not helpful. One of the first hotels I have been that do not offer a microwave service if needed or they charged you to use a small room 30€ per hour. If you can, go to the Hotel Taburiente which is few minutes away

If I live in such a remote area and don't make the room larger, it will really be useless. The breakfast was too simple, with very few hot dishes. One customer picked up a plate of papaya and never received a replacement. The fruit plate remained empty. The restaurant was in a dark underground space and had a musty smell. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but there are a lot of fallen leaves and no one is swimming. I checked out quickly after two nights.

i would not advise you to visit this hotel if you value your security and safety. Particularly if you are a femail. (this is not a reflection on the staff but on the management who refused to take a potentially serious safety issue seriously. very sad)

We spent four nights in this very good hotel located in a quiet up market residential area within 10 minutes walk from the centre.Unfortunately there was a mix up with the allocation of our room on arrival however this was resolved fairly quickly.We stayed in a suite with a decent sized balcony overlooking the delightful pool which we couldn’t use as the weather was poor.The room was large,well equipped with a very comfortable bed and spacious seating area.The breakfasts were adequate with a good choice of hot and cold.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

We had a room with a balcony over looking the pool it was clean the bed was very comfortable but terrible pillows room was a nice size it was nice having a balcony but the noise from the traffic was loud when sitting outside the shower wasn’t great not a lot of pressure and very hard water wish I’d brought my conditioner because the water made my hair really dry pool was lovely but I can’t imagine what it would look like in the summer months because there are not enough lounger’s and the area is not that big and it would have being nice if the water was heated especially in the cooler months like February March and April we didn’t have the breakfast but we did have dinner and the food was delicious and lovely staff all the staff were very nice and friendly

Very good hotel. Good location within one block of a fantastic city park which is well worth a stroll. Hotel rooms very clean, well serviced. All staff very helpful and friendly, particularly Kevin on reception. Free town maps available. Good restaurants not far away, bus stops just along the road. There is a pool outside but we didn't have time to take a dip but it looked OK. Breakfast very comprehensive nice to see bottles of Cava available. I would recommend this place and certainly stay here again.

This for a 4 start hotel, has very poor breakfast buffet, all basic and cheap, the lowest quaity available, example, fruits yes, bananas and oranges, I tried plumbs and all were rotten...cold meat of the lowest quality chesses the same, this is no 4 star hotel
