Grand Lisboa Palace Macau

We were thrilled to be upgraded to a suite on our first stay. All the staff members were exceptionally polite and helpful, and we appreciated the luggage assistance to our room. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a complimentary minibar and bath salts. To top it off, the hotel even surprised us with a delicious cake to celebrate our anniversary. The room also featured great blackout curtains and excellent soundproofing. The only downside for us was the buffet breakfast; although there was a wide variety of options, the taste was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was excellent. The facilities, accommodation environment, and butler service all made this hotel feel fantastic! It makes you want to come back next time. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Macau. My only regret is that I arrived a bit late this time, so I couldn't switch from two single beds to a double bed.

Staying at the Grand Lisboa Palace was a wonderful surprise. Upon learning that we were celebrating a birthday, the front desk upgraded us to a Deluxe Garden View Suite and even gave us a chocolate birthday cake as a gift. Thank you so much, Grand Lisboa Palace! Having such a pleasant surprise for our very first stay to celebrate a birthday was amazing. I will definitely choose the Grand Lisboa Palace as my top choice again in the future.

Booking this hotel really requires constantly monitoring the prices, ugh! I booked 5 days and 4 nights. Seeing the pre-tax rate was 840/night, I thought it was a great deal, so I went ahead and booked it, paying 3,900 in total. Little did I know, the lowest price could drop to 700/night before tax—that's a 700 difference over 5 days! I advise everyone not to be too hasty when booking. As for the hotel itself, the receptionist who helped us with check-in was great. When I asked if they could arrange a birthday cake for my husband, they managed it, and they even upgraded us to an Eiffel Tower view room. The hotel offers many free shuttle buses to various locations, but one thing to note is that many of these shuttles stop running quite early. For example, the one to Taipa Village (Guan Di St) finishes its last run at 8:20 PM, which is prime dinner time. You either have to eat early or pay out of pocket for a bus back to the hotel. However, these are just minor issues. The hotel environment and service are up to 5-star standards (excluding the Grand Buffet for breakfast and dinner—definitely don't bother trying that, it's not good). Everything else was great, and it will definitely be my first choice next time.

Second time staying at Grand Lisboa Palace 🏨. There is a free shuttle bus 🚌 from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge straight to the hotel. The hotel is newly built, and there are also free shuttle buses 🆓 to Taipa Village, making getting around very convenient 🙌🙌. The breakfast 🥣 at The Grand Buffet has a huge variety of options 👍👍.

We were extremely satisfied with everything, from the hotel's ambiance to the various services provided. A special thank you to Ms. Dan Liang from the Housekeeping Department for her meticulous and thoughtful assistance, patiently answering our questions and delivering truly professional service! We were also deeply touched by Candy Zeng from the breakfast restaurant, whose warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness left a lasting impression! From the moment we checked in until we departed, every single hotel staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and professional. The garden on the 3rd floor is dreamlike, a testament to the hard work and dedication of the gardeners who meticulously maintain it every morning. Getting around is very convenient thanks to the complimentary shuttle bus service provided by the hotel. The artworks and displays scattered throughout the property are truly breathtaking! The VR navigation tool provided by the hotel was also both practical and fun.

Although this hotel is a bit remote, there is a dedicated hotel shuttle directly from the pier to the doorstep, which makes it quite convenient. The room is spacious and clean, and we were able to check in as early as 2:30 PM with a fast process. The only downside is that the breakfast quality is rather average and has room for improvement! Overall, it made for a pleasant trip!

Although the hotel has been open for a while, the overall facilities are still very well-maintained and new. There is a pleasant aromatherapy scent all the way from the lobby to the rooms. The minibar drinks in the room are complimentary, the bedding is extremely comfortable, and the breakfast is also great. The only minor flaw was that the bathroom wasn't very clean, and the tiled floor felt a bit sticky. Everything else was just perfect.
