They allowed us early check in, washer a bit small but OK. Location less than 20 walk to the Taoyang attraction.
We didn't get the room we booked as it was close to a renovation. We were given a room 1709 further away. Day 1, no hot water for shower, the host came after 45min as the previous guest turned off the hot water supply. Then the water heater started leaking water, they would replace after we checked out.
Then the air con/heater was noisy, they gave us a portable heater on day 2.

Value for money was good. Communication with the staff was very convenient via WeChat and they were quite supportive.
Wouldn’t recommend the place if you are noice sensitive as it is directly next to a park which was a bit loud in the morning and evening. But location overall was good, easy to reach some of the main attractions.

The rooms were nicely decorated and had everything you need for a comfortable stay! Check-in was a bit later than stated in the reservation, and one of the rooms we got at first smelled like smoke. However, the staff handled it very professionally and quickly gave us another room.

衞生：衞生條件不錯，合格的民宿。
環境：地王大廈有點老了，樓層也高，等電梯有點慢，但是周邊出行很方便，可以直接租電瓶車這些。
服務：回覆消息及時，自助辦理入住很方便。
