Chengdu Panda Holiday Hotel (Jianshe Road Dongjiao Memory Store)

This hotel is located in the Eastern Suburb Memory Art Park. I stayed for one night because I was seeing a show at the Chengdu Grand Theatre. The hotel seems to be converted from an old residential building or something similar. The environment is decent, but the ground floor is damp and the musty smell in the room was quite unpleasant. The breakfast was okay. If you're looking for convenience when attending a show, it's an acceptable option.

Very satisfied, it would be even better if there was a range hood and a small fridge in the kitchen.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. The subway station is right at the end of the street, and there's a fantastic food street nearby with lots of local snacks. The ambiance is great: there's plenty of greenery, and the old red-brick buildings have a unique charm. We came to Chengdu to see the pandas, and the kids absolutely loved the panda sculptures inside the hotel.

The room was spacious and bright, very clean and tidy, and the food at the restaurant was exceptionally good.

Facilities: Excellent! Every room is spacious, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom is very well done! Cleanliness: Spotless! Environment: Fantastic! Service: The service was impeccable and very warm and welcoming! I'd like to highlight two things. First, when I returned to my room, my key card suddenly stopped working, and a staff member promptly came to help me open the door. Second, when I was checking out, they noticed I had forgotten my phone charger. They immediately contacted me, and I asked them to add me on WeChat so I could arrange for paid shipping. The service was absolutely wonderful!

The room was quite clean. The hotel is a renovated old building with a retro industrial style, and the environment is very quiet. There are many food options nearby, including a food court, and even more across the street. I got a discount coupon from the hotel for a hot pot restaurant – 50 off 200, which was a good deal. Most importantly, it's very close to the Chengdu Grand Theater, just a three or four-minute walk, which is super convenient for catching a play.

Had a great stay, and they even upgraded our room type, which my parents were very happy about! The location is super convenient, right next to Exit D of Balizhuang subway station, making transport a breeze. The room was also larger than expected. Overall, a fantastic check-in experience!

Booked this hotel because we were seeing a play nearby. There were three of us, so we booked three rooms. It was very comfortable, the bedding was great, and the area was relatively quiet, making it ideal for business trips. The staff handling the invoices was also incredibly thorough and accommodated all my requests. Definitely a place worth recommending!
