Four Points by Sheraton Juneau

Perfectly fine accommodation for a couple of days. Friendly staff.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Many shops and restaurants nearby, Staff was efficient and helpful.

The check-in process was confusing as apparently my assigned room was given to another guest. It took a staff of four to figure out what happened but they more than made it up by upgrading to a room with water views.

They had a nice shower after a week of travel. The staff was helpful and kind. Beds were comfortable.

My husband and I stayed three nights and our stay was very nice. Great staff, helpful always with a sense of humor. The location of the hotel, close to historic downtown and on the waterfront was very handy. We could walk to go shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay here again😊

The water view is awesome! The staff is friendly. For an older property the room was clean. The walk ability to downtown Juneau is great.

The room was clean and tidy. Bed made and new towels daily. Excellent location to walk to all of the shops in town.

Construction projects, tv not working for several hours, breakfast buffet food was cold and I could have built a wall using the seriously hard hash brown cakes.

Great staff, friendly and helpful, held luggage safely as we arrived early. Room was clean, all expected amenities. Brilliant, walkable location, and easy acces to services (concierge desk on the premises).
