It's a classic Hilton hotel, nothing much to complain about as it always maintains a consistent standard. Plus, being located in the PJ area, the pricing is quite reasonable.

Just a chill getaway to relax and unwind. The hotel’s got a huge gym with a sauna and steam room—perfect for some self-care.

Cleanliness: The bed sheets and duvet covers were extremely dirty. Facilities: The facilities are outdated, and the shower head was broken. There was no body wash, and after contacting the front desk, someone brought a huge jug of cheap-looking body wash to refill it... This is shockingly poor for a 5-star hotel. Environment: The hotel faces the street and is extremely noisy. I suffered from terrible insomnia.

Overall, it was a very good stay. The location is decent, quite close to Kuala Lumpur. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety, which was a big plus, and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend it, giving it a score of 93 out of 100.

The front desk service was excellent; they let me check in at 11 AM as soon as a room was ready. While it's not in the city center, the hygiene is much better than hotels and guesthouses of the same price range downtown. However, the coffee cup in the room clearly looked used and unwashed.

A huge shoutout to Hilton Petaling Jaya for making our stay so much more special than we ever expected.❤️ I initially only requested for a simple birthday wish card for my little one, so I honestly wasn’t expecting anything more. But the team surprised us with a beautiful bed decoration and even personally handwritten a birthday message on the bathroom door mirror.🥹 It may seem like a small gesture for them but to us, it meant so much. I was genuinely touched and couldn’t help but feel emotional seeing how much effort the team put into making the day memorable. These are the little things that turn a hotel stay into a beautiful memory that we’ll remember for a long time.💞 Thank you Hilton Petaling Jaya, for helping us create such a precious and unforgettable birthday memory for our short trip. The thoughtfulness and personal touch really made our stay extra special.🥰 InsyaAllah, kalau ada rezeki, we’ll definitely come back again.🤲🏻🤭 Thank you for making us feel so special, Hilton Petaling Jaya. ❤️💞🥰
