Royal Ours Blanc Boutique Hôtel & Spa

Very good hotel right in the middle of the station

I would have preferred an evening menu that you could choose rather than the set menus. Breakfast was excellent. The massage lady I had was superb. The reception was hit and miss. I tried to book the evening meal there but was told to book it at the restaurant however no one was there to take the booking so I had to keep going back. The bar staff were great and the happy hour and afternoon tea was a great touch. No towels at the pool was annoying when the spa people were away you couldn’t get a towel. I think the spa should be free for guests all day it just the morning. Pool table and games is good. Room cleaner kept coming into the room when the do not disturb ticket was on the door. The dryer in the ski boot room didn’t work in the locker. The location and design of the hotel was great. All in all a fabulous holiday. Thank you

Great location with convenient parking (off site at a charge). Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The views from the 7th floor balcony are amazing. The spa was adequate and the pool area is superb. My son had a flood problem in his room which took too long to resolve and when he was offered another room he had to move his own luggage. A true 4 star would’ve done this for him. The comments about outside noise are accurate, even with the windows closed. We were woken at 5am with loaders and trucks clearing the snow. Overall a great stay, just needs a few tweaks to be perfect.

Excellent comfortable accommodation Very comfortable room with lovely balcony overlooking Alpe d’Huez centre

Hotel was lovely!

Great people, great hotel

Clean modern hotel Clean and modern hotel, friendly helpful staff and good breakfast buffet selection. Spa was expensive to use for 1 hour (€20pp) and wasn’t in good condition.
