Mac Resort Hotel

Excellent hotel right on White Sand Beach. We didn't have to wait until 2 PM for check-in. The room was clean, and while the hotel grounds are small, they have everything you need. The view from the room was super! The only downside is that the entrances to the rooms on the second floor face the main street, so you can hear all the traffic at night.

Never book a superior room without a balcony. Upon check-in, we saw that we had booked a room with a balcony and asked to upgrade to one with a balcony. We were upgraded for 3 nights out of 1.4. There are no complaints about the room with a balcony. The hotel is a little tired, but the location makes up for it. When we returned to the room without a balcony, all the charm of the island was gone. The window opens so hard that it doesn't ventilate anything. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, no matter how you adjust it. If you turn it off, the room smells like sewage, so bad it's impossible to breathe. But the biggest "surprise" of this hotel is the cockroaches. And Thai cockroaches are not like ours; they are about 6-8 cm in size. And believe me, I'm not exaggerating. We met the first representative in a room with a balcony, and my husband and I chased him around the room. I encountered the second cockroach in my second room at night when I went to the bathroom and had to deal with it alone. Sleep was completely lost. If this was just one instance, I would have chalked it up to a fluke, but two in four days is too much.

Excellent location of the hotel on the beautiful white sand beach, conscientious staff, always ready to help, the quality and taste of the restaurant dishes evoke only pleasant memories!

Not friendly to Chinese people. An older waitress in the restaurant asked for a tip at breakfast and complained when it was not given to her. In addition, there is a charge for chairs on the beach.

If you come to Koh Chang, I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are very enthusiastic and have very good service attitude. The rooms are also very clean, the exclusive beach view is beautiful, and the most important thing is the price is fair and reasonable.

Отель на первой линии, есть бассейн, завтрак, хоть и не очень обильный, номер был заявлен в бронировании площадью 35м2, однако был метров 15 от силы, правда с двумя балконами, один с видом на море, другой - на бассейн, поэтому спорить не стали (на 2:этаже 421), убирали ежедневно, если просили не убирать, приносили и вешали на дверь полотенца, бумагу, воду. Отель очень маленький, до ночи гремит музыка из бара, в бассейне было много тайских детей, которые кричали и плескались.

Всё очень понравилось, хороший пляж,хороший сервис, очень чисто,прекрасное расположение
