Shuiyunlan Hotel

The young man at the reception, number 2, was very polite. Seeing that we had children, he proactively offered small slippers and toothbrushes. It was pouring rain the day we arrived, and everything felt damp. To my surprise, there were several large fans blowing in the hallway, keeping the floor quite dry, and our room didn't feel damp at all. Very impressive! The next day was the Dragon Boat Festival, and we had a Three Gorges cruise scheduled for 7 AM. We were initially told that breakfast wouldn't start until 6:45 AM. My elders were worried we wouldn't make it, so at 6:30 AM, we tried our luck and found that breakfast was already being served and we could even get takeaway. The Three Gorges Tourist Center was only a 5-minute walk away, so there was no delay. The clothes drying rack provided by staff member Tian Luoqun came at the perfect time, giving our wet clothes a place to hang. Even though it didn't rain the following days, they thoughtfully opened the windows for ventilation. The mini-bar was restocked daily, and all these small details were very heartwarming. On the day we checked out, the young lady, number 11, followed up with us. My family was very satisfied with our stay.

The room facilities are complete and very clean. There's a mini-fridge with snacks and drinks inside. When I checked in, they specifically asked if I smoked and then provided a non-smoking floor, which was great. It rained on the day I checked in, but the hallway carpets were dry, and the soundproofing was excellent; it was quiet the whole time. In the laundry room, someone even helped collect dried clothes, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

The room was spacious and clean, and the service was very attentive. The drinks and snacks in the mini-fridge were a nice touch too. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the hotel also had a reading corner, a gym, and a lounge. Overall, I was very satisfied!

The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, and the bedding was comfortable. The receptionist at counter #5 was enthusiastic and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful, and the location was convenient for getting around. Great value for money, highly recommended!

The facilities, cleanliness, and room service were all excellent. It's super convenient for anyone visiting the Three Gorges.

My parents, kids, and I went on a trip to the Three Gorges, and we chose the Shuiyunlan Hotel because it's very close to the tourist center. We booked a river-view room and a family room for 4 nights, including breakfast. The hotel staff thoughtfully arranged for us to be on the same floor, in connecting rooms 1206 and 1207. The breakfast was plentiful, with different dishes each day, and my family was very satisfied. Special thanks to housekeeper Gao Yan. She noticed our wet clothes weren't drying easily and thoughtfully provided a drying rack, even hanging the wet clothes in a ventilated spot by the window 🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Our child's Mi Band went missing, and she also helped us find it 🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. And a big thank you to Front Desk staff member #1. When we checked out, we mentioned we had three children, and they kindly gave us three souvenir gifts. The kids were thrilled 🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. The whole family had a wonderful stay and a great trip! The hotel is close to Wanda Plaza, offering a great variety of snacks. Getting here from Yichang East Station was quick and easy by bus. The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. Yichang is a fantastic city, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is quiet and clean, and the front desk staff and cleaning ladies are all friendly and soft-spoken, making you feel right at home. A special shout-out to young man #6 at the front desk, whose name tag says 'Lao Liu' – he's absolutely lovely. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Yichang Three Gorges Tourist Center. Nearby, you'll find Wanda Plaza and Binjiang Park, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. It's also close to major attractions and transportation hubs, perfect for exploring Yichang and taking a cruise.

I stayed here last May, and when I passed through Yichang on my trip this year, I didn't hesitate to choose Shuiyunlan again. It's consistently good, as always. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, the room is clean, and they even provide small snacks. There's bottled water by the elevator, disposable toilet seat covers, and disposable slippers. It feels very thoughtful and user-friendly.
