The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Magnificent Mile with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms and service are typical of a standardized business hotel. Breakfast was crowded, but the management kept things orderly. In terms of food, it was quite abundant for Western cuisine, but mostly high-oil, high-sugar, highly processed food. It can't compare to hotels of the same caliber in China; Chinese people might not be used to it. Seeing foreigners enthusiastically slathering Nutella on their chocolate muffins and enjoying it so much, I finally understood why this hotel gets such high ratings on international sites.

The room decor is very new, modern, fresh, and elegant. It's the most tasteful four-star hotel I've encountered so far. The only issue is that the air conditioning makes an unusual sound every 30 minutes or so, but once I fell asleep, it didn't bother me. After 5 days, I gradually got used to it. The breakfast was good, and the service attitude was also good. When I checked in, the front desk staff, who was pregnant, handled everything without a smile the entire time. I was a bit annoyed, maybe she was in a bad mood? I decided to be understanding and not dwell on it. When I checked out, the front desk staff was very friendly. I even offered a suggestion to them, hoping they could add a dimmable desk lamp or floor lamp, because if roommates can't rest at the same time, the room's lighting, while beautiful, is too bright.

Big, new, convenient

The hotel was clean, but firstly, they only provided water for the first night, which was strange. Secondly, the housekeeping staff asked me at 10 am on the first day if I wanted to check out. I explained that I wanted to stay longer, but he said he didn't understand English. Me??? What to do?! Maybe it was because of Christmas, but there was a queue for breakfast, and it felt noisy and a bit abstract.

Very new hotel, the location is really first-class, the hotel is next to the Magnificent Mile, opposite Starbucks, and it is also very convenient to go to 360. The hotel restaurant is not open in winter. The hotel breakfast is very good. There is an Italian restaurant next to it with good value for money. It is a popular restaurant on the Internet
