Everything all good because service mind, food, and transportation in hotel but the facilities in our room have problems such as a hair dryer,a water heater is not consistent and a water pipe is broken (when I stay at 23/10/2025) it has many sediment in Jacuzzi.

Our Stay with Pavilions was a memorable one! A beautiful resort with great amenities and helpful staff! The room was spacious and had a balcony and they also prepared a welcoming gift for our honeymoon. The restaurant and pool were the highlights but the gym was great too.

Absolutely incredible stay, stunning venue and location, rooms more enormous and the bathrooms gorgeous. I stayed for a wedding and the staff were more than accommodating. In particular Wut or driver and my emotional support driver for the whole day of the wedding chaos. Also Jimmy at the front desk and Ben the wedding coordinator. Will definitely be coming to stay next year

Everything is satisfactory, but I must respond to the charges. I can accept them, but why is there no list of charges in the bathroom? This is not a pleasant feeling. I have been coming here for many years and this time I did not feel good.

I will never return to this same place, It was a bad experience with this hotel, they told me due to my booking was with third party, all booking are only allowed for 2 adults per room but when I booked with Trip, I clearly state that it’s for 2 adults and 1 child with age stated. And they insist me to pay the extra cost. So I don’t have a choice uand pay during my checked in on 29/1 (Chinese new year eve) and I can’t allocated anyone from Trip. And when I went to the room, the bed sheet wasn’t change, it was with stain, and I haverequested them to do it but it wasn’t done for my 3 nights stays. And during my checked out, I passed them the room keys and they told me to wait for 5 mins as they are checking on the mini bar but end up I have to wait for more then 13 mins and still standing without informing me that I can leave till I asked them again, then the lady told me, you can go now. The lobby staffs at the counter doesn’t have enough experience to handle customers when there are too many, all these needs to be improved especially the person who answer the call over the phone.

Too much pork and low quality food at breakfast.
Not five star. Also the ladies who pick up the room service phones need to be trained on how to be much nicer to guests when speaking and responding to questions, queries and comments. Also in-room dining is not 24-hours. Also, not good for those that don’t drink or have special dietary requirements like halal or kosher.
