Location - excellent & rooms were at Lake front was key highlight. Atmosphere - serene atmosphere where it was quiet calm and pleasing. Service - Top class service by the staff. A big 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for all the staff right from reception to restaurant and back to room. Amazing guest service. Highlight of the entire stay is Mr. Kavi with his amazing photography skills. Infact all the photos are taken by him. We also stayed 1 night at boathouse, amazing staff and team there as well. Highly recommended. Only consumption is room size- found it too small for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. I booked pool villa

A beautiful location, set amongst the lake and backwaters of Kumarakom. The duplex we had was comfortable and set around a free form, river type pool. The food in the main restaurant was excellent and the menu was very extensive, catering for Indian and Western palates. The staff were extremely attentive and, at first, this was a little overbearing but once we had been there a few days and got to know them better, they relaxed with us. This is above all, a wellness and Ayurvedic location and the range of treatments were extensive. However, this may have also led to the fact that the bar, a normal social hub, seemed an afterthought and was in the fish restaurant. There was also a small pool bar at the infinity pool but nothing else where guests might want to gather. Apart from that and the two hour drive from Kochi airport, a great location.

KLR is a beautiful property, very well managed with highly trained staff. The seafood restaurant- Vembenad has exceptional seafood, though the white wine options are limited. The meandering pool with poolside villas, where we stayed, is a great amenity. Highly recommend taking the morning canoe ride (2 hrs) thru the backwater canals

Our family spent amazing HAPPY DIWALI HOLIDAY in this resort.There was special DIWALI Celebration in the beautiful garden with many Diwali candles, it was very beautiful and wonderful.ALL Staff service was perfect hospitality during our staying, super delicious foods, beautiful sunset cruise, so all our family were really HAPPY.
