Very nice place and location excellent. When I first checked in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of help from the girl at reception. I asked her if there were any pumpkin patches locally and she told me to Google it. Another reception lady later gave me a whole list of local activities without even asking. The whip was lovely but the online menu is not the same as the one in the restaurant. There is no cheese board available for example. Parking was tough at times. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were lovely.

My sister and I had a wonderful two days in Stowe. We love the Inn. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings. The front staff were exceptional. Great location and walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend.

Great inn to stay at!
A lovely Inn, right in the middle of town, but with a wonderful pool and patio out back. Room was great and the bed was wonderful.

Trip through New England
Was a really quint , clean hotel on Main Street Stowe, VT.
Room was clean. Loved the decor especially the four poster bed which was comfortable, pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was small but clean.
Staff was very nice and accommodating.
Liked the afternoon tea and cookies .
Quiet, safe area in the heart of downtown Stowe, VT. Lots of parking for the cars, but had to walk a long way so had to consolidate what we took in for the night, and once you parked if you left and went exploring you may have to walk even further to get to the door of the hotel.

LOVELY hotel. Central location in Stowe and we were surprised to learn of all the various amenities they provide. Staff was incredible sweet and friendly and accommodating. Only regret is that we didn’t stay another night!

The Inn being older, was very quaint and well kept. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The location of it in the center of Stowe made it convenient for shopping and dining.

Bed should have had the mattress replaced years ago. Room was nice. Small but functional and tidy.
Bathroom floor was gross. Floor should be scrubbed. This one was bad. Several different grout colors.
The Whip restaurant was the best part of our stay. We ate there twice and all food was excellent.

This property was so beautiful and in a gorgeous area. The room was great. Quiet for a good night sleep. The outdoor flowers and plants were gorgeous. Lots of shops in the area.
