Lovely hotel smack in the middle of the old city. Walking in from the busy streets outside and into this hotel feels like you have just entered a paradise. There are smartly dressed doormen to welcome and help you with your luggage. As we settled in to check in, there is a welcome drink and some local sweets to take away dinner of the fuss. The room is spacious and the bed was comfortable. The afternoon tea is a novelty and we looked forward to seeing what was different each day. The breakfast was OK. The pool and the gym looked great but we were too busy with other things to really use them. Generally, the staff were efficient and helpful. The only complaint we had was the noise from the school next door so if you plan to stay and relax in your room during the day on a weekday, ask for a room on the other side. Also, if you attract mosquitoes, bring an insect repellent if you plan to sit on the balcony.

Quality hotel, I loved the scent as soon as I entered – very relaxing. It's right opposite Wat Chedi Luang, and the surroundings are super convenient with tuk-tuks available right outside. The hotel food was also excellent.
