The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and a convenient location, with warm and attentive service, making it perfect for exploring the ancient city and its surroundings. The room facilities are well-maintained and feature charming local characteristics, which I personally loved. Special mention goes to the bedding – it was incredibly clean and comfortable, leading to an excellent night's sleep. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is located inside the ancient city, is street-facing, and the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. Those who require a very quiet sleeping environment might want to consider this carefully. Also, the hotel offers a souvenir for leaving a review, but this promotion is only for Google Maps and doesn't include platforms like Ctrip, which is a bit disappointing.

The service was incredibly thoughtful and patient, especially from Baiphai. Her Chinese was so fluent I thought she was Chinese-descended. She was very patient and enthusiastic, helping us resolve a tricky issue. She's definitely an indispensable, versatile asset to the hotel. They even sent a cake and a card for my child's birthday, which made my child very happy. Highly recommended!

The rooms are clean and the Lanna-style decor is very photogenic. The staff are professional and enthusiastic, especially the lovely young lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese – she deserves a big shout-out! We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary, exquisite afternoon tea. Many famous temples are within walking distance for a visit, and dining and shopping are also very convenient. Next time I'm in Chiang Mai, I'll only stay here.

The rooms here are similar to business hotels like Orange Hotels in China, definitely not suitable for family trips with children. They charge extra for beds based on the number of people. My child is 11 years old and 1.7 meters tall. First, they said anyone under 1.4 meters is considered an adult, then they said even though my child is 11, their height exceeds the limit. They insisted on charging 2000 baht for an extra bed. Who makes these rules? Room cleaning was also very late, only starting around 4 PM. If you're traveling with kids, absolutely do not choose this hotel. The room itself, including tax, was already over 900 RMB, and with the extra bed, it would be more than 1300 RMB. The room is also tiny. You'd be better off staying at a Chiang Mai Marriott for around 1500 RMB, which offers much larger rooms and beds.

Chala Number 6 - Overall experience exceeded expectations. The hotel is right in the heart of the old city, making its location very convenient. It's not a huge hotel, but it truly captures the unique charm of Chiang Mai and Northern Thailand. The rooms face inwards towards a central pool, surrounded by lush greenery. The air carries a lovely scent of lemon, ginger, and spices.

A truly beautiful hotel with excellent service and facilities. There's a night market right outside on Sundays, and Wat Chedi Luang is directly across the street. The location is super convenient, making it one of the best hotels in Chiang Mai.

Chala Number 6 is very friendly to Chinese guests, with many Chinese visitors. The hotel service is excellent, and the facilities are new. They provide a full range of amenities, including a coffee machine and an air purifier. They even offer complimentary hats, which is a very thoughtful touch. Aside from the bath bags, which cost extra, everything else is free. Every day, they offer complimentary afternoon tea. You can go for a swim, enjoy some snacks, sit on the balcony listening to the flowing water, and eat some small fruits – just peacefully enjoying the beautiful moments! The hotel's location is superb, directly opposite Wat Chedi Luang, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Five stars for location! The hotel also offers a high-end massage spa called WAYA. I originally wanted to try it before leaving, but unfortunately, I twisted my ankle that day and couldn't go. My only minor complaints are that breakfast was just average, and the bed was too soft, with pillows that were too high. It's fine for a short nap but not ideal for an overnight stay. For those who prefer a firm bed, you might wake up with back pain. Overall, I'd give it a 4.8 out of 5. If you like a quiet courtyard, this place is more business-oriented. Due to its excellent location, there are many people, so it's not particularly quiet. But if convenience is your priority, especially for a first-time visit, you can book it without hesitation.

This hotel is located right next to a famous temple in Chiang Mai. The best part about staying in the old city is the convenience – you can walk everywhere. The room's decor and materials used are very high-end. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea. The swimming pool is quite beautiful too. Plus, the front desk staff can speak Chinese. It's a pretty good hotel if you're not factoring in the price.
