Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort

Traveling with my family, we booked a King room with a sea view and an extra bed. We arrived at 2 PM and the room was already ready, allowing us to check in early. This Sheraton is 20 years old, and in many aspects like service, functionality, and attentiveness, it has that 'Ferrari-even-when-old-is-still-a-Ferrari' feel. Our package included breakfast and dinner for three. Dinner was a set menu to choose from, breakfast was a buffet, and we also received a complimentary afternoon tea. It was very substantial, but honestly, it didn't quite cater to Chinese palates. I have neck and shoulder issues, so I always bring my own pillow. When I removed their pillowcase at night, I was quite surprised; while other areas might be old, they were clean, but the pillow insert itself looked really unpleasant – it felt like a significant oversight. When checking out the next day, I informed the front desk. They were very polite, took photos, and assured me they would report it to management. I hope it receives attention and improvement.

The infrastructure is quite old; the ceiling in the room was even leaking. Breakfast was also very average. However, the view is nice, and the service attitude was genuinely good. Considering the price isn't too high, I'd say the value for money is still acceptable.

The room felt a bit old and dated, but the common areas were nice, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. It's also very close to Senggigi Pier.

Great stay at Sheraton Senggigi Beach. All of the staff are very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable, however, it is showing signs of excessive wear and tear. The pool is large and attractive, nestled amongst gorgeous tropical foliage. The restaurants and menus offer extensive options, and the quality is consistent across all outlets. The breakfast stands out for its comfort, variety, and quality, enhanced by the lovely background piano player. It's a shame about the Culinary Experience protocol requiring advance booking for only two people. Overall, it's still a solid property with warm Lombok hospitality shining through.

Spacious grounds, not many people, good breakfasts. The room is large with a terrace, a bit tired and worn, but everything is clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly, everything was great, thank you!

Very good beach hotel. You really feel like you're in a 5-star establishment here. It was truly great and the breakfast was amazing. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel room facilities are old, and the door kept getting stuck. However, the public areas were pretty well-maintained. We ate all our meals at the hotel, and both the taste and price were good.

Every staff member had a genuine smile and the service was truly excellent. However, the hotel is simply too old. We stayed on the ground floor, and the walls were cracking, likely due to dampness. Marriott Group should really consider a renovation. Also, I saw reviews saying the breakfast was great, but it was actually just average and very crowded. Perhaps it's because it's relatively cheap here (compared to other places in Bali).
