Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort

The hotel room facilities are old, and the door kept getting stuck. However, the public areas were pretty well-maintained. We ate all our meals at the hotel, and both the taste and price were good.

Every staff member had a genuine smile and the service was truly excellent. However, the hotel is simply too old. We stayed on the ground floor, and the walls were cracking, likely due to dampness. Marriott Group should really consider a renovation. Also, I saw reviews saying the breakfast was great, but it was actually just average and very crowded. Perhaps it's because it's relatively cheap here (compared to other places in Bali).

Excellent hotel with excellent service! All 3 days there were a perfect '5'. A standard European breakfast with very tasty coffee. There are many cafes and shops behind the hotel to suit all tastes. The beach is guarded, and vendors don't bother you. We even saw 2 turtles! For this price, it's an excellent hotel.

It was okay, a bit old-fashioned but otherwise good. The breakfast was tasty, though a bit simpler compared to other Sheratons. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the hotel, so I'd recommend bringing insect repellent.

The hotel isn't too far from where all the good restaurants are. Breakfast wasn't particularly varied, and as someone with a 'Chinese palate', I didn't find much I really liked. The environment is pretty good though, and the pool has a slide, which the kids loved.

The hotel is large and pleasant. The staff are lovely and always smiling. The breakfast is very good and varied. The room is quite spacious with a balcony overlooking the garden, even if it's a bit dated. The toilet flush, however, is a bit noisy, probably a defect. On the other hand, the hotel is isolated, with not much to see around. It's a place to relax but not for sightseeing. There are a few restaurants on the main avenue, including Le Square, which is very good. The hotel's restaurant is good, but the service is excessively slow, about an hour's wait every time.

Hotel well located in Senggigi. Direct beach access. Attentive and available staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety.
