Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort

It was okay, a bit old-fashioned but otherwise good. The breakfast was tasty, though a bit simpler compared to other Sheratons. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the hotel, so I'd recommend bringing insect repellent.

The hotel is large and pleasant. The staff are lovely and always smiling. The breakfast is very good and varied. The room is quite spacious with a balcony overlooking the garden, even if it's a bit dated. The toilet flush, however, is a bit noisy, probably a defect. On the other hand, the hotel is isolated, with not much to see around. It's a place to relax but not for sightseeing. There are a few restaurants on the main avenue, including Le Square, which is very good. The hotel's restaurant is good, but the service is excessively slow, about an hour's wait every time.

Hotel well located in Senggigi. Direct beach access. Attentive and available staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The staff is incredibly customer-oriented. It boasts a gorgeous green territory, delicious food in the restaurants, and a private beach. There's also a great pool with a slide, an excellent spa by the sea, comfortable rooms, and a cozy bed. Highly recommend!

Exceeded my expectations! The hotel staff were not only very friendly but also went above and beyond to help with any issues, like checking my data balance and arranging a private car for three days. On top of that, the view was great – you could see the sea right from your window. The breakfast and dinner buffets also offered a delicious variety every day. The garden view room, being sea-facing and away from the mountain road, was very quiet. The only minor drawback was the water pressure, which was a bit low, and sometimes it took a while for the hot water to come on. Overall, though, it's highly recommended!

Great value for money, and it wasn't crowded at all. The restaurant service was excellent, very patient and attentive. The public facilities are good, especially the pool which is quite large. The room facilities are a bit old, but it's not a major issue.
