1. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy walking access to landmarks like Marina Bay Sands, Merlion Park, and the National Gallery. 2. The hotel service is outstanding: they even arranged for Chinese-speaking staff to turn down our beds, which was a very thoughtful touch.

This hotel has a great cultural vibe, and its interior design is really unique. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. 👍 They even prepared a little gift for my child 🎁 which my child absolutely loved! 🥰 I'll definitely stay at The Oriental Culture again next time I'm in Singapore. 👌

Facilities: Nothing much to say here, just a bit old, but the facilities are actually pretty good. Cleanliness: The hygiene is truly impeccable, very clean. Environment: There's construction going on around, so you can't get any nice photos of the city center. That construction is really a pain. Service: The service is genuinely excellent.

Location: Very central, close to the Merlion and Marina Bay Sands, and easy to get a taxi from. Environment: Has a lovely Nanyang feel. Service: The front desk staff were polite but a bit robotic; housekeeping service was good. Food: Breakfast was great, just make sure not to go too late as there can be a queue.

This hotel has a strong Southeast Asian vibe. The hygiene, environment, and location are all excellent. I had originally booked a twin room which turned out to be a connecting room. I contacted the hotel through Ctrip to switch rooms, and the process was smooth and pleasant. The service quality and speed were impressive. The only minor downside was that after moving from the Ritz-Carlton next door, the room felt a bit small. During my stay, breakfast required queuing, but the wait wasn't long. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Came to Singapore for a vacation with friends during the May Day holiday. While the Mandarin Oriental is a bit dated, we were still quite satisfied: great location, international-standard service, rich cultural ambiance, and excellent breakfast.

The location is great, right in the city center and also very close to the airport. A Grab ride costs around 20 Singapore dollars. Breakfast was decent, and the room was bright. Overall, a good experience.

They provided a room decoration, and the cake was delicious. The room offered views of the Ferris wheel and the bay, and the pool was beautiful. Room service was quite responsive. Breakfast was extensive, and the staff were enthusiastic; I absolutely loved the laksa. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Merlion Park and City Hall MRT station, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. However, the check-in time was too late; we didn't get our room until 4 PM. Also, my request for a one-hour late checkout was denied, which I found hard to understand.

The room isn't very big; I booked a standard room, and the two beds were practically touching. My room was on the 8th floor, and I could see Marina Bay Sands, the Flyer, and the pool downstairs, but thankfully not the construction site. It totally satisfied my desire to see the night view, so I was very content. Breakfast is on the third floor, and there was no queue during the off-season. The food is mostly Southeast Asian cuisine, and the dishes change daily. The toiletries and toothpaste in the room were exceptionally good. The kettle was very clean, and the two bottled drinks in the glass bottle were complimentary. I checked, and the water is imported from Switzerland. I especially want to mention the doorman service, which was incredibly good, enthusiastic, and thoughtful! When checking in, you just hand over your luggage to them and go to the reception empty-handed. After you get into your room, someone will help move your bags into the room. After checking out, they offer free luggage storage and even help move your luggage to your car.
