We enjoyed our stay very much! Staff was very nice, courteous and helpful. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Hotel location is excellent. Easy short walk to Realto bridge. We would definitely stay again!

火車站坐出租車（船）衹要5分鐘就抵達酒店碼頭，而公共碼頭也就在酒店門口，非常方便。這次的房間分到了頂樓帶露台的，據説是唯一一個，簡直是無與倫比的風景和享受，以前也來過威尼斯，但從沒想到可以這樣欣賞這個美麗城市的天際線。真希望下次來還能住到這個房間。酒店早餐廳也把我震驚到了，走上宏偉的樓梯穿過華麗的大廳，立刻讓人聯想到幾百年前那些整天在這裏宴請賓客的侯爵和夫人小姐們。相比環境早餐本身有些遜色，不過無所謂了，好吃的東西哪裡都有，這種環境可是不可多得。晚餐也全部在酒店享用，價格不貴，且味道比外面的飯店好的多，我想在威尼斯找到一個尚可的餐廳可不是容易事，與其浪費時間還是推薦酒店用餐。

I really loved the hotel and our room. It’s a real palace. We first got a very small room where AC wasn’t working and the skylight on the ceiling wouldn’t let us sleep. I complained, and they gave us a really spacious room on the first floor instead. Breakfast is amazing, it felt very regal. It’s a little bit of a walk from St. Mark’s place, but totally worth it.
