Facilities: There's a private pool right at the entrance. Cleanliness: The room, though not large, was quite clean. Environment: It's a 5-minute walk from the beach. Service: They offer Chinese-speaking service, making check-in stress-free.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a supermarket, mall, and plenty of dining options nearby. The balcony was a nice touch, very comfortable, although for a sea view room, a lot of the view was actually obstructed. There's a 200 MYR deposit required at check-in. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, which is great. We even got welcome drink vouchers and enjoyed a lovely evening by the pool with a drink!

The room was nice and very clean. Everything else was great, except for the check-in process which was a bit slow. The surrounding area has a lot of convenient dining options, and it's super close to the beach, perfect for walking over to watch the sunset. Shopping nearby is also very convenient.

Our room was on the first floor with a single window facing the hallway, which was completely dark. The photos on Ctrip showed rooms with proper windows, which led to a misleading impression. I didn't notice the small print about 'windows' in the standard room description when booking, and it turned out to be a pitfall. Given the hotel's architecture, I assume most rooms are like this – dark and windowless – making an on-the-spot room change impossible. Spending over 1000 yuan for such a room offers poor value for money. Overall, the hotel service was decent, and the breakfast had a good variety, although the quality was just average. Coming from Penang to Langkawi, I definitely felt a drop in standards. The hotel's location is good, providing a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area.

The room exceeded my expectations. The location is great, right next to a convenience store and a small mall, and only a few minutes' walk to the beach.

Excellent! The front desk service was great! Plus, I even got a complimentary soft drink! Such a thoughtful touch! Just a heads-up, it's best to bring Malaysian Ringgit for the deposit, as card refunds can take up to fourteen days! OMG!
