There was a long wait to check in with no one to help. Tv didn't work after it was turned off . Weak wifi ...phone didn't work so you had to go to the desk to get them to fix the tv. Over al a 5 out of 10 at best.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly.  However, there was nothing but ice as far as amenities go.  The snack station was there, but there was nothing in it to buy.  There were no vending machines.  The included breakfast was a few prepackaged muffins and nutrigrain bars, coffee and juice.   I have attached pictures of the room.  Door frames were completely broken.  Door would hardly open or shut.  The toilet seat was broken, the exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the smoke detector was hanging by the wires.  The shower would not turn off if you tried to take a bath, and the plug did not work to keep the water in the tub when attempting to take a bath. Most of these issues are routine maintenance items.  For $87.14, I would at least except a well maintained hotel room.  Room 118 was not that room. Thank you for the opportunity to submit a review.

It was excellent. Nice and quiet. The breakfast was good biscuits and gravy eggs and sausage. Cereal and milk. But some day im going to find coffee from a hotel that is to die for. Until than pick this one

Check in easy. Very helpful staff. Elizabeth in housekeeping is the very best and we go back there because of her over and above service. She is so appreciated!! We will be back

Couch had obvious stains all over the cushions. The whole building was hot with no AC. Run down broken furniture. Not worth the price.

We've been staying here every year for about 4 years now. It's like they haven't cleaned, maintained, or updated anything since it opened. Our door was missing, I couldn't stop sneezing, even after taking plenty of Claritin. The ceiling in the bathroom was sinking in. We won't be staying here again. It was a nice stay once upon a time, but whoever owns it obviously doesn't care enough about updating or maintaining the property. We even found a french fry that had turned black that we found under the sofa. They turn the rooms, but it's obvious they never get a deep clean.

The rooms were really clean, staff was really helpful, and the breakfast was a nice treat in the morning

It was ok I was there for a week for business. Clean put very run down cheap but I wouldn’t stay there agin

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was a hard did make for rough sleeping but ive had to sleep on worse. The refrigerator wasnt very cold even though it was a low as it could go. Bathroom door did not lock but not an issue it was only the wife and myself. I did inform the Lady at the time i was checking out about the door and refrigerator.
