The hotel is clean and tidy. Location is right at the centre of Marlioboro, right next to a few shopping malls. The rooftop pool is the place my kids spent most of their time. The customer service is exceptional, they are always helpful. The room fridge is though not functioning and was advised by the hotel that it's a display cabinet only, which is a bit odd. The hair-dryer is working but it will probably take me one hour to dry my hair with. I'd recommend bringing your own hair-dryer.

Saya menginap di Novotel Suites Yogyakarta Malioboro bersama keluarga dan overall sangat puas. Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan Malioboro sehingga mudah untuk jalan-jalan.
