The room was great, very clean. We stayed for two nights and even though we didn't request housekeeping, they cleaned it proactively, which was a pleasant surprise. On our first arrival, the staff personally escorted us to our room. My wife immediately commented on how excellent the service was. I definitely recommend giving this place a try. Disneyland Shuttle: The shuttle service was also very thoughtful – it's free and always on time.

This hotel's service is absolutely fantastic. This is our second time staying here, and if we visit Disney again, we'll definitely choose this place. Plus, there are so many shuttle buses to Disney. Our kids absolutely loved the slide room and didn't want to leave!

It was very nice with slider for the kids. Convenient with transportation to Disneyland. Also shuttle bus for airport. With air conditioner heater warm in the second floor. The room was great, the environment was lovely, and the service was excellent. They even turned on the air conditioning before I arrived, so the room was nice and warm. The Disneyland shuttle service was very convenient, and the free parking is perfect for those driving there.

The place is great if you are looking for an affordable place to stay near Disneyland. It offers breakfast, has shuttle buses to and back from Disneyland in the morning and evening - and service is great. When we checked in, they helped bring the luggage to the room on level 2 (no lift), and set up the internet for us (1 device at a time) as we did not have a local number. Overall, a good experience.
