Best hotel stay in Koh Samui! Close to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. The hotel was clean, safe, and very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, but during my stay there was a power outage that seriously affected the overall experience. The hotel management acknowledged the issue and, through TRIP.COM, promised to refund the remaining 3 nights after suggesting that I check out early. I checked out on 2 May 2026 as advised. Unfortunately, despite this promise, I still have not received the refund. This situation has been very disappointing and unprofessional. I hope the hotel and TRIP.COM resolve this matter as soon as possible and honor the commitment they made.
