Trekker Glamping - EcoLodge Boutique

I travel to Colombia several times a year and have stayed in many different types of accommodations. This time, as I was traveling with my sisters, I chose a higher-priced stay expecting a more luxurious and comfortable experience. While there were certainly positive aspects, overall the stay did not fully meet my expectations. The location is undeniably beautiful and peaceful, and the staff truly stood out for their kindness and helpfulness. From the warm hospitality to the well-organized airport transfers with a friendly and careful driver, the service was excellent. We also really enjoyed the massage and yoga sessions, which were relaxing and well delivered. Unfortunately, during our stay we experienced extreme rainfall. Of course, this was not the fault of the accommodation, and we fully understand that weather conditions are beyond anyone’s control. However, the heavy rain did highlight some shortcomings. Water came into the tent, electricity was unreliable, and we were largely confined to our dome for much of the time. Given the high price point, we expected better preparation and overall quality to ensure comfort even during challenging weather. In addition, the facilities felt limited for the cost, activities were very expensive, and the restaurant offered a very simple menu that did not quite match the pricing. In summary, this is a beautiful place with wonderful staff and a stunning setting. However, for the price charged, I expected a more refined, resilient, and high-quality experience, especially when circumstances were less than ideal.

My husband and I had an overnight at this accommodation, we absolutely loved it. The pods are so beautiful and there are no words for the view. The waitress in the restaurant was so lovely and helpful nothing was too much for her. We also adored their dog choco. It’s a very relaxing place so nothing happens at night but we were ok with that. Firstly we thought the shower was only cold water but we soon realised if you run the water really slowely it becomes warm. I highly recommend visiting.

The experience was amazing!! I loved everything about my stay here! The room was clean and comfy, we had hot water. They received us with a drink and a snack and for the night they gave us complimentary marshmallows for the bonfire. The staff were extremely friendly! Nothing bad about my stay here!!

The place has the best views of Minca, perfect for relaxing and have dinner. I really liked the natural juices, very refreshing and helpful after the hike.🙏 The staff was very friendly and help me organize my transfer back to town!! Love it😍

Beautiful stay in the middle of nature. The rooms (I stayed in a Trekking suite) are gorgeous, fully equipped and very spacious. The staff is great, very friendly and the restaurant/food very tasty! Besides the very loud chirping of the Chichurras during the night (but hey that‘s only nature…) I had a lovely relaxing time 🙏 Will be back for sure…

My husband and I had an incredible stay at Trekker Glamping. We booked the Immersion Natural package, and it exceeded all our expectations. Everything was seamlessly planned and flowed effortlessly from one experience to another, making the entire journey feel natural and stress-free. The ceremonies were absolutely wonderful—safe, dignified, and private. As first-timers participating in indigenous ceremonies, we were a bit unsure of what to expect, but the experience was deeply meaningful and transformative. We are so glad we did it and will absolutely do it again. The shamans Manual and Pablo were exceptional, bringing authenticity and a deep sense of care and kindness to the experiences. The owner, Diana, is amazing. She reassured us throughout the process and led fantastic yoga, meditation and breathwork sessions that added to the relaxation. During the kambo ceremony, Diana and Jason were incredibly supportive, helping us feel calm and at ease. A special mention to Mia, who is a fantastic interpreter - and person. She made everything seamless and truly enhanced the connection throughout the ceremonies. The glamping setup itself is stunning—perfectly blending comfort and nature. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and offered jaw-dropping views of the surrounding nature—a perfect retreat after each day's activities. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and cleansed. By the end of our stay, we felt like we were leaving as friends rather than just guests If you're looking for a serene escape with great amenities and a meaningful experience, I highly recommend Trekker Glamping and the Immersion Natural package. It was a fantastic all-around experience, and we will definitely be back!

This is a must if you go to Colombia. A beautiful, quiet, safe place to rest and connect with nature. The food is great, all you need is here. Me and my husband went there looking for a nice place to scape and it was absolutely amazing… Alejo and Mia are the best. take a massage and don’t forget to do the hike with the natives Sarkume and her husband, they are so sweet and attentive. Thank you very much and we hope to come back soon.

It is a bit old and outdated. Very friendly staff but bit ineffecient (Drinks follow after dinner). Arrival was awkard, your juist kicked out of the car at the top of the mountain and you need to find your way in the dark with your luggage which was steep and unpleasant although they knew we were arriving. Food is not to good and prices are quite steep compared to other hotels. Beatiful views though and an appealing hot tub
