The overall experience at this hostel was poor, and I would not recommend staying here, especially if you value rest and basic comfort.
Sleep quality was extremely disappointing. The bed is very hard and makes loud noises with even the slightest movement, making it difficult to rest. Noise insulation is practically nonexistent—people talking in the corridor after midnight can be heard clearly inside the room. The constant sound of doors opening and closing adds further disturbance.
Cleanliness is below standard. The hostel feels dirty, and basic amenities are lacking. There is no shampoo or shower gel provided, and the water pressure is very low, making showering inconvenient.
The power sockets are unreliable, making it difficult or impossible to charge devices. There is only one lamp per bed, and it cannot be used at the same time as charging your phone, which is highly impractical.
Lockers are too small and do not come with locks. Worse, my assigned locker was already occupied by another guest, and this issue was not addressed properly.
Management appears weak. One long-term occupant was at 306-D frequently spitting and coughing (approximately every five minutes whole night), which was extremely unpleasant. This individual also occupied shared spaces, including the only desk and toilet shelf, with personal belongings. It seems staff were aware but did not take action.
Additionally, the hostel advertises a 24-hour front desk, but there was no staff available at 1 AM, which is misleading and concerning for guests needing assistance.
This hostel suffers from poor maintenance, inadequate facilities, and ineffective management. Combined with the noise issues and lack of cleanliness, it does not provide a comfortable or acceptable stay.
