Chapeau Rouge PAR William Frachot - Hôtel Espace Bien-être & Restaurant étoilé

It was a wonderful experience! Incredibly helpful staff, perfect city center location, flawlessly decorated and detailed Junior suite. We kept somewhat unusual waking hours, in part, because were traveling with a young child. And they were always quick to clean the room without us requesting when we went out. Zero complaints, would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location. Great staff. Will definitely stay here when we come back.

Satisfied with all aspects of my stay. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room was spotless, as were other areas of the hotel.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The property was immaculate.

The staff at this hotel were truly wonderful — kind, attentive, and very responsive. Every time we needed help, they reacted quickly and with a great attitude. The only issue during our stay was the heating system in our room. At first, the heater was not working, and when it was eventually fixed, it produced an unpleasant smell. Although this made the room a bit uncomfortable, the team did their best to assist us right away and showed excellent customer service. Overall, the staff made a very positive difference in our stay, even though the room’s heating problem was unfortunate.

The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. Clean room, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

The staff are just wonderful and couldn't be more helpful and courteous.
