M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The hotel gave a great first impression. The lobby smelled amazing and had a luxurious feel, and all the receptionists and staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking is available in front of the hotel, but I opted for valet parking at RM30 for 24 hours. The room was a little small but still comfortable and acceptable. Bed and pillow was extremely good. We got complimentary water and KitKat in the fridge, and the bathroom was spacious. The shower and toilet are separated, but the biggest downside for me was that there was no bidet in the toilet. 😅 The kids’ club was great and my child really enjoyed it. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool. Breakfast was really delicious with plenty of choices. My personal favourite was the nasi impit with kuah kacang — so good! I also requested a complimentary anniversary cake. It took quite a while and I had to call a few times to follow up, but we finally received it on the second day. Thankfully, the cake was really delicious! Room cleaning was also a bit slow. We requested housekeeping in the morning while my husband took our child to the kids’ club, but when we came back around 1pm, the room still hadn’t been cleaned. We were told there weren’t enough staff. Overall, we had a great staycation here and would definitely consider coming back. Everything was great except for the toilet with no bidet. 😅

Such a perfect place for a little healing getaway! 🥹✨ From the moment we checked in until check-out, the service was absolutely TOP NOTCH! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel was spotless, the service was fast, and everything felt so well taken care of. I absolutely loved the ambience of the place! 🤍 We also had an in-room dining experience, and the food was superb! 🍽️✨ But the MUST-TRY is definitely GAI Restaurant! 🤤🔥 The Thai food was insanely delicious! Every single dish was bursting with flavour and tasted SO GOOD. And the best part? It’s affordable, yet the quality and taste are way beyond expectations! I honestly loved it so much and would definitely come back again just for the food! 😍🇹🇭 The only thing I feel is lacking is the variety of activities available. Since this is a resort, it would be amazing if they could organise more activities for guests to enjoy during their stay. Overall, I’m giving this place 10/10 ⭐️! Worth every single penny spent! 💕✨ Keep up the amazing service! Definitely a place I’d love to return to. 🥰

Had a really nice stay at M Resort Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable, but what I liked most was how friendly and helpful all the staff were. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and the service was great throughout our stay, from the front desk to the F&B team. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight for me, there were so many choices that I didn’t even know what to eat first 😂 Also went to the pool and gym during the stay, and both were great. The facilities were clean, well-maintained and comfortable to use. One small thing that really made my day was the gentleman at the pool. He greeted me so happily with a “Good morning” and honestly, it was such a simple gesture but it really put me in a good mood and made my morning start better 😊 And not to forget, I received a complimentary birthday cake from the hotel yeay 🎂 Such a sweet gesture and definitely made my stay feel extra special. 🥹 One small thing that I think could be improved is the response time from the housekeeping team. On my first day, I waited quite a while for a sejadah to be delivered and on the second day, the laundry bag also took quite some time to arrive. I understand that the team may have been busy, or short of staff ? but hopefully this can be improved in the future. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here. Great hotel, great service and genuinely friendly staff. Would definitely come back again!

Very clean room, spacious floor, very good and friendly service. It is also close to the city and public transports which makes it easier to travel around. Highly recommended.
