The service at JW Marriott is truly excellent. I'm a clean freak, and they cleaned my room 2-3 times a day without any complaints from the staff. The people at the pool area were also generally well-mannered. It just goes to show, sometimes it's worth paying a bit more for a hotel; it helps filter out the less considerate guests. The hotel is very close to the BTS station, and within walking distance of Erawan Shrine and Siam Square. It's incredibly convenient that all three meals can be enjoyed right at the hotel. The environment is clean and tidy, and the service is exceptionally warm. For my husband's birthday, they even sent some food, and a staff member brought balloons and well wishes, which was a really thoughtful touch. Definitely worthy of its five-star rating!
