JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok

Aside from the noise at night, everything else about the hotel was great. They even prepared a surprise for my birthday and gave a small gift the day before checkout, which was very thoughtful. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The environment is great, very close to Nana Plaza, and the surrounding area is quite lively.

Facilities: Newly renovated rooms! Cleanliness: Spotless. Ambiance: Comfortable, right next to Bangkok's red-light district! Nana's bar street! It's so lively at night! Service: Attentive. Just a few hundred meters away, there's a huge shopping mall, and it's super luxurious too! 🤣

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was very clean, and they even gave us a cute little elephant. The breakfast noodle station was delicious, and the concierges were all very polite and had excellent service attitudes. The only downside is that it's about a 7-8 minute walk to both subway stations, which felt a bit far when the weather was hot.

Great atmosphere, and the outdoor pool is really comfortable.

Whenever I'm in Bangkok, I only stay at this hotel. The Marriott is super close to the bar street, and my friends really appreciate the well-established reputation. The all-Chinese speaking staff and environment are great, and dining is very convenient. It's right in the heart of the city, next to the Erawan Shrine, so it's close to everything. The hotel rooms are clean and well-equipped. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The JW Marriott maintains its high standards. The hotel exudes an old-money elegance, and the staff are incredibly welcoming—from those handling luggage to the friendly front desk team. A highlight is definitely the hotel's signature fragrance, which creates such a pleasant atmosphere; I'd love to know what brand they use! The turndown service also includes a thoughtful, handwritten card from the staff, which shows real dedication. On my last day, I had an early 5:30 AM departure, and the hotel kindly prepared a breakfast box for me, which I truly appreciated. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel on my next trip to Bangkok.
