We had a personalised check in service at the lounge. The welcome amenities were tailored to our preferences. There was a variety of food at the lounge which changes daily. The lounge can get a bit busy at times especially during evening canapes but the food was replenished quickly. Lounge was sufficiently staffed and service was efficient. Tawan their guest relations manager constantly checked in on is to see how our stay was and helped us resolve some issues we caused unintentionally / unknowingly, going above and beyond what was necessary. Breakfast was excellent with variety and excellent crepes. The little elephants placed on the bed during turndown and the handwritten note from housekeeping all added a very nice and personal touch.

The first night wasn’t good, cause the TV issue, I turned off the tv and suddenly the tv turn on automatically, thank turn it off, this situation keep running till morning I call reception.
I don’t think so this issue should be happen at high class hotel, especially i spent almost 8000 THB per night and I can’t sleep!
Than hotel did not do anything just sent technician only!
Also, I found there are bible and Quranin the drawer.. that’s a bit weird..
Let me think has any issue happened before in this room?
And I am buddies , I don’t think these books should be there, if would like to leave why not leave buddies books together ?
By the way, I asked my million fiends if they got same situation with me? They said NO! Only me!

本來看其他點評有點擔心，但實際好於預期。房間很安靜，沒有網傳的噪音問題。客房空間不大，但佈局合理，低調奢華。服務態度好，各崗位都很很到位！公區不大，但挺有格調。

This hotel is a joke
The spa, sauna and swimming pool are all closed for renovation. You have to use the pool at Sharma hotel or Four Points Sheraton.
Information was not reflected on trip.com app, and neither did the hotel email to inform me about these.
Reception not apologetic at all.
They charge circa./around $300 for one night at a club room, and yet guests will have to put up with 4-star hotel facilties.
Guests who book a club room package (with breakfast) vs guests who book a club room package (without breakfast) get the same treatment. You don't get to dine at the main restaurant either way.
Rooms are quite dark and dim.
Breakfast at club lounge only had 3 main courses and 6 Indian courses (besides the standard of sausages, hash browns, and assortment of bread), which unfortunately does not take into consideration the dietary requirements of its guests.
This ranks among the worst hotel breakfast that I have experienced in a 5-star hotel. It feels like a 3-star hotel breakfast.
Beware and avoid this scam hotel at all costs. It is a joke.

Room is spacious and clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel food is good in general. The hotel is a bit far from the train station so use a grab or drive. Unfortunately the pool and gym were closed during my stay.
