Meliá Pattaya Hotel

The hotel is clean, very beautiful, and smells great. The staff are wonderful, but the parking lot has no shade or roof, which might be inconvenient when it rains.

This is a newly opened hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was given a warm welcome. Even the bellhop (Jack) was very enthusiastic, and the front desk manager Dave constantly checked in to see if we needed any help. The service was exceptionally attentive. The room was clean and comfortably decorated with good air conditioning, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, the curtain in one corner didn't pull all the way across. Since the window faces east, the sunlight streamed in at 6:30 AM, making the whole room as bright as if the lights were on, so I couldn't go back to sleep. This definitely needs improvement. Toothbrushes and toothpaste had to be requested from the hotel as they weren't provided in the room. Drinking water was more than adequate. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Congee, noodles, and rice were available, but there weren't many options, and the variety of bread was also limited. Overall, the selection was sparse and not particularly tasty. The pool isn't very large, but it's quite nice for swimming. There is some sunshine from morning till afternoon, but buildings across the street block some of it so it's not too glaring. There are also plenty of shaded cabanas where you can stay completely out of the sun; they are large and very comfortable. The location is great, very close to the Jodd Fairs Night Market. If you don't feel like walking, you can catch a tuk-tuk right outside for just 15 baht per person.

Brand new hotel, very clean, with soft and comfortable beds. However, the swimming pool and public areas are a bit too small.

The staff were extremely friendly, the facilities were great, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful stay experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit! I hope you keep up the great quality.

The room was a bit small, and so was the pool. Also, the room cleaning during our stay was a bit inconsistent; they didn't even make the beds. However, the front desk and the staff at the drop-off area were very welcoming. When I arrived by Grab, they helped me check if I'd forgotten anything, and when I left, they even asked for my car's license plate number to help me with my luggage. The cheese selection in the cold food section at breakfast was great! The hotel's location is excellent 👍

The hotel is new and beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious, with smoked salmon and eggs Benedict. Every staff member is professional and friendly, especially the gentleman at the door who helped us hail a taxi several times and cross the street. We really appreciate his help. However, there are also some downsides. The water quality is very poor; yellow water comes out of both the faucets and the showerhead for a while after turning them on. The water pressure is also very low, which was quite bothersome when washing up. I considered complaining but decided against it due to time constraints and potential communication issues.

The room was very quiet and the front desk service was excellent. The concierge proactively helped with my luggage, and there was always someone at the door to open it for me. It was a great experience! On top of that, the front desk upgraded my room for free and allowed an early check-in. There are 7-Eleven stores and massage parlors on both sides of the hotel exit. The hotel's spa was also very good. If I come back, I would definitely choose this hotel again.
