Nice and trendy decoration hotel, stylish and IG able.  Room amenities in the suite is good but only one tissue box inside toilet is not user friendly.  Noise pollution from the motor and vehicle on the road outside is quite disturbing at night.  Noise from other rooms like closing door and flushing toilet could be heard.  Staff is polite and helpful but one of them seems not much experience to serve hotel level guests.  Overall, the accommodation is good.

We booked a The Level Suite for 2 nights, expecting the standard level of service we normally experience at a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the main area that urgently needs improvement is staff behavior and service awareness. 1. Lounge check-in confusion I asked for lounge check-in, which should be included with this room type, but the front staff initially said no and referred me to a coffee shop. Only after reviewing my booking did she escort me to the lounge. If a guest asks about lounge access, it usually means they understand their entitlement—staff should handle this more carefully and confidently. 2. Chinese restaurant reception (1 Jan 2026 evening) At the 12th-floor Chinese restaurant on our first night, the receptionist directed us to lounge food and suggested we check the free buffet first, even after I clearly stated that we wanted Chinese cuisine. The situation improved only when the lounge check-in staff came to greet us. The receptionist representing the Chinese restaurant that night should seriously improve her service attitude. 3. Breakfast service inconsistency The breakfast reception on the first morning appeared confused and unprepared, although service on the second day was noticeably better. Overall, cleanliness and amenities were acceptable, though only average for the price paid. However, service quality—especially front-of-house attitude and communication—requires urgent improvement to meet true five-star expectations.

The hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy, and the breakfast is good. It's just a few hundred meters walk to the beach. One suggestion for improvement: when checking out, you have to wait about ten minutes for them to check the room, which is a bit inconvenient.

The services was incredible! Extremely attentive staffs with beyond expectation service mind. The room is in good condition , good location and the food selection at the hotel & LAY restaurant was phenomenal! Definitely recommend this hotel!

A very new hotel. Rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable. The rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise with a happy hour and a sunset view, but the of the sea is a bit far and not what it seems from photos. The breakfast was good quality and with a good range. You can sit outside the breakfast restaurant in the outdoors, which overlooks the beautiful pool area. In December when it wasn't too hot, this was really nice and relaxing. The pool was pretty nice though the water was a bit cold in December. The gym was very small but had a few cardio machines and free weights plus a view of the sea. Recommend this more for couples and singles than families.
