Meliá Pattaya Hotel

Normally, I avoid staying in hotels on Sukhumvit Soi 2 because it seems a bit deserted and the hotels look scary. But Leela changed my mind completely – it was a real 'wow!' moment when I walked in. It's so beautiful and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly, practically escorting you from the moment you arrive, even if you're dressed super casually in pajamas. Overall, both the room and the hotel itself are great. This time I wasn't prepared with the right gear, but next time I'm definitely going to try out the sauna, fitness center, massage, food, and drinks. See you again for sure! P.S. I forgot to take a picture of the bathroom, but it was very clean (and I'm someone who really values a clean bathroom, so this place gets a pass from me).

The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very kind and attentive from check-in to check-out, which made me feel very much at ease. The location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The facilities were excellent, and I didn't experience any inconvenience during my stay. Overall, it offered great value for money, and I would definitely want to stay here again if I have the chance to visit this area.

A true favorite! We had an excellent stay at Meliá Pattaya. The hotel is modern, elegant, and decorated with incredibly good taste. Every detail seems to have been carefully thought out, which creates a refined and exotic atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff are particularly attentive, smiling, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The room is beautiful, comfortable, and very well laid out. The bedding is excellent, and we slept very well. The common areas are just as beautiful and perfectly maintained. The pool is very pleasant, and the dedicated children's paddling pool is a real bonus for families. Our daughter loved it. The Kids Club is one of the best we've seen. It's spacious, clean, and very well equipped with a slide, a ball pit, card games, a small kitchen, and numerous other games. The team is adorable, kind, and very attentive to the children. Coloring activities are offered for free, and other creative activities are available for an additional charge. The breakfast is exceptional, with a very varied selection that will satisfy all tastes: Thai specialties, a noodle soup bar with noodles prepared to order, numerous fresh fruits, local desserts, and a large selection of international dishes. It's impossible not to find something you'll love. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is slightly out of the way from Terminal 21 shopping center. However, this is very reasonable and didn't prevent us from fully enjoying our stay. In summary, everything about this hotel is beautiful. It's the kind of establishment where you immediately feel on vacation, completely transported, and want to extend your stay. We will gladly return and recommend it without the slightest hesitation.

The environment is beautiful and the hygiene is excellent. However, the breakfast options for hot Asian food are limited and the taste is just average. The hotel staff provide excellent service. The hotel does not provide combs, so you need to bring your own.

The hotel is conveniently located near the famous ***. The nearest 7-Eleven is about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel has a lovely outdoor pool that's rarely crowded. The breakfast spread is excellent, offering a good variety, including special noodles. When checking in, I was assigned a female staff member who spoke Chinese. She wasn't particularly warm or friendly; her attitude was just average, and she seemed quite unhappy, which was a stark contrast to the other staff members.

The pool was beautiful, and the breakfast noodles were delicious. A big thank you to staff member PAT for helping me arrange a taxi, which allowed me to reach my next destination smoothly. The gym facilities were a bit limited, but overall, I'm satisfied.

The hotel's exterior looks new, but the room decor wasn't as expected, and the actual space was smaller than what the photos suggested. There aren't many restaurant options nearby. Overall, the service was good.
