Courtyard Norwich

Stayed one night for a trip to Mohegan Sun for a basketball game and had a really great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and honestly pretty quiet, even with multiple youth sports teams staying there. Our room was wonderful, and having easy temperature control made it nice to relax after a long day. The pool was great and the fitness center being open was a big plus. Breakfast was reasonably priced and tasted really good. The best part though, was the staff. Jenny and Mateo were super welcoming and easy to talk to—they even remembered our plans for the weekend and asked how everything went, which was very thoughtful. The hotel was also very accommodating when our event time changed last minute, which we really appreciated. Overall just a perfect stay. We’ll definitely be back!

First checking in, the gentleman was very friendly and kind. After getting settled in the room it was nice. However, you could hear everything going on in the hallway. Upon asking for more towels there were no bath towels left due to being short staffed. Additionally the cleaning staff were exceptionally loud in the morning and had woken me up.

Bad experience with this hotel! not good insulation in the room, we got a room facing the highway and a ice machine by the hallway. Gaps are around the door. We can hear people talking and loud ice falling. We can’t get much sleep in the first night. The front desk wouldn’t let us switch to different rooms due to missed room cleaning time. They only clean the room after check out in the morning. We have been to another hotel in the area before, no noise issues. Also the bed sheets were scratches due to washed to many times. Not going to stay here next time!

The staff was very welcoming and the location was not bad at all.

My room was fine, the hotel itself is not as update as the other Marriott's that I have patronized. The staff was friendly, my room was great. It was nice to find coffee right across the street after my early morning check out.

It was a comfortable large room. Not happy that they took away the hot tub which is the reason why I chose this hotel. I would have stayed elsewhere for less money.

Hotel is immaculate. The staff is friendly & accommodating. Jeanine in the cafe is such a sweet person & the food was delicious!

breakfast was soooo good and fresh. the room was very clean! the staff from the front desk to the breakfast staff. the pool was fantastic! will definitely be staying here again!
