had a great stay at D’Prima Hotel Kualanamu. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a long journey. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is also very convenient, especially for travelers using Kualanamu International Airport. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout my stay. However, one thing I was slightly disappointed with was the airport pick-up arrangement. When I contacted the hotel regarding the airport shuttle, I had already provided my arrival time, but I was not informed about the shuttle van schedule or the pick-up arrangements. Fortunately, the hotel eventually offered to arrange a pick-up for us, although there was an additional charge. Other than that, everything was great. The food was great, the room was clean, and the price was reasonable for the facilities provided. The only minor issue was that the room was a little small. Overall, I had a good experience and would still recommend the hotel. Thank you for the good service! 😊

We got a smoking room. Non smoking room wasn't available at that time. The whole night we couldn't even sleep as the smoke smell keeps on running thru air ventilation. Lucky it was just a pit stop before our next day morning flight. Didn't recommend to stay if you got a smoking room.
