Location- ok Cleanness - ants on most tables for all nights I stayed Service - below average; asked for towel by email at 8:30am and when I returned to room - no towel was given Shower room - very strange design with no door and water splashed everywhere so I had to turn on the super loud air ventilation to keep it dry. No clue why the door was removed I will not stay again given many other similar price range apartments in town.

Always great to stay here. My go to place once i land in JKt.

The entrance greeter assisted us with carrying our luggage and even opened the car door for us, which made us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived. I booked an apartment-style room that was perfect for a family stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and even came with a water dispenser. Although the hot water function was not working, we were still able to boil water using the pots and kettle provided. The washing machine was also a great addition, especially with its hot air drying function, which made doing laundry very convenient. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. It truly made my first trip to Jakarta an amazing and memorable experience.

Stayed for 3 nights and service was amazing. My friend lost his glasses at a restaurant and the receptionist offered to help us collect! We tipped the staff and they were super friendly. However, the cafe food located inside the hotel was normal, not much food options.

Booked for 3 nights. Breakfast quality is super. Room clean and all well maintained and modern style. Thanks the management to arrange high floor and best view for me. Will back to this hotel again.
