This hotel is in Balinese style and an absolute dream location. Everything was perfect and the service attitude was perfect! If there is a small problem there is personnel immediately appearing to fix it. We loved the stay and wish to come back. In particular the swimming pool is very nice and we enjoyed to have the free afternoon tea there!

A memorable hotel. Only 20 years old and it’s like living in Angkor Watt, 1000 year old Balinese architecture. The grounds are beautiful and maintained, pool great. Breakfast superb choices. Not buffet but wonderful choices. Staff are all 5 star.

it was perfect. super clean, no insects inside the room, great service. Breakfast decent (coffee or tea+juice+pastry +fruit + few choices)but keep in mind the buffet includes only fruit.

Nice service and staffs! Everyone knows you and it is close to ubud palace and tons of stores and restaurants. Bonus point is they have a nice spa!

A wonderful experience. Staff could not be better, location is perfect, the villa spacious with fabulous outlook, and the the whole complex is simply the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Showing its age a little in plumbing and fixtures, but I would not hesitate to return. A special place.
