Gets the job done. It did not feel dangerous as a female solo traveller but it is not nice. The price was appropriate.

Hotel was definitely economy. Fine for the night. Room didn’t have any ashtrays but it smelled like smoke or perhaps just musty. There was no bathmat for the shower and no extra towels to use no extra blanket and only 3 small pillows. The WiFi password at check in and on the key case was incorrect. When I mentioned it at checkout, they were aware of the error and never mentioned it at check in. Location was good- right off the highway. As I said, for one night, it was reasonably priced and you got what you paid for.

The ceiling was leaking, I couldn’t use the hot tub because the handles were broken and it stayed on hot water the whole time, the window ended up being open after I fell asleep was not the experience I wanted

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a strong odor of cigarette smoke mixed with the smell of urine. The room did not feel clean or properly maintained, and it was unacceptable to be given accommodations in that condition. I immediately reported the issue, expecting the hotel to either provide a clean, odor-free room or offer another reasonable solution. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled was disappointing, and the hotel refused to refund my money despite the poor conditions. No guest should have to stay in a room that smells like cigarette smoke and urine. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleanliness and customer service for future Guests

The hot tub was so dirty seems was never clean! Towels lint come off towels room dirty awful place it’s not wht it seems on pics

Staff was terrible I reserved and paid in advanced for a nonsmoking bedroom and staff charged me extra money at the time of check in to stay in a nonsmoking bedroom. I was very disappointed.

We left a party early so we could watch the NBA Finals ... The TV only picked up 2 channels ... no local channels, so we couldn't watch the game. Very, very disappointed ... I've never seen a hotel in a large city which did not offer any local channels, and only 2 channels, each of which I would never watch ... very disappointed ...

Scary place! No bathroom ventilation therefore paper peeling off the walls. Ceiling tiles brown and dingy. Place resembled a crack house neighborhood. Spent only 1 night. Woke up to police cars the following morning! Got the hell out of there. Place generally smells of manure, but I saw no cows or other livestock. You get what you pay for. I have learned. Never again.

He was manager during Sunday morning , it’s look he feel awkward , just cuz I asked him where Dunkin’ Donuts nearby he don’t know the answer ! He could have better how arrange he must be understand ?
