This was exactly! What I needed! The establishment was decorated beautifully for the Holidays when I walked in! Staff Josie whom I had spoken to on the phone to confirm,was very pleasant and helpful. My room was clean, and spacious. Bed was Sooo comfortable. I utilized the amenities, pool ,(heated) and sauna, and gym, and topped it off with breakfast in the AM! As you can see,,I was very satisfied! Thanks for asking!🌹

When I made me teservation I was assured the pool renovations would be complete. One of biggest draws for us choosing this Hilton. The room we were given needs the renovation. Stained Rug, and frayed ottoman Towels every day had huge clips in them

Needs a serious make over. OTTOMAN cover was shredding. GOODWILL would reject their towels. We stayed for Five nights, and everyday one or two towels were ripped. Not just holes bur length long rips. HUGE stain on carpet visited the restaurant. $10 for bowl of soup. Barely filled bottom of bowl Manager did get me a free bowl

The room was well appointed. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable stay

It was a nice room, but they're doing work on other floors. I heard drills and hammering start at 8am.
