Moon Villa (Yangshu Ten-mile Gallery Yulong River)

Our entire stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable! As a Diamond member, I have to give this hotel a huge shout-out. The parking lot is spacious, and it's pet-friendly. We received a room upgrade upon check-in, and the view was absolutely stunning. At night, you can even see the stars from your bed 💫. I enjoyed a bath every evening, and the staff were incredibly patient, proactively helping to fill and clean the tub. The breakfast selection was extensive, and you could customize your own rice noodles. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly and was constantly attentive to our experience. They even gave us a Luo Han Guo (monk fruit) souvenir upon check-out. Every detail here shows thoughtfulness. I genuinely recommend everyone to stay here!

Facilities: All the facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool and hot springs. Service: This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in terms of service. The staff were all proactive, thoughtful, and always greeted us with a smile. Food: Breakfast was provided every morning, along with complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks. There's also a restaurant right outside the hotel where you can order food. The taste was pretty good, and they even deliver to the hotel restaurant, so you can enjoy great meals without even leaving the hotel. Activities: The hotel also included a complimentary travel photoshoot. We got 3 professionally retouched photos for free. The photographer was very skilled and patient, taking many beautiful pictures. The photos below are really well done, with great composition, and the photographer even guided us on poses. Transport: Another highlight was the unlimited shuttle service to West Street. It was incredibly hot, so having a car pick us up and drop us off was a huge relief.

This hotel is very close to the Ten-Mile Gallery. The butler service is excellent; they confirm itineraries in advance and even send weather reminders. There's afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and shuttle service. The rooms are quite spacious, but apart from the family rooms, there are no views. No strange odors, and amenities are complete. Hygiene gets a slight deduction, though (wanted to move a table and it was sticky underneath). The hot spring pool is disinfected and offers good privacy. The travel photography service was incredibly thoughtful and patient. We changed the time several times, and they never complained. Even in hot weather, the photographer didn't rush things, and the photo selection process was very smooth.

I brought my pets along, and there's a lovely lawn where my dogs could run around freely. The facilities and environment are excellent, with lots of natural scenery. The 24-hour service was very professional, and I was really pleased with the complimentary travel photography session.

The room was clean and bright, and the skylight was beautiful. The soaking tub was also very large, with temperature controls that you could adjust yourself. The heated drying rack in the room was really practical. The service staff, especially the auntie, was very generous; she'd happily provide water or extra towels. Breakfast, supper, and afternoon tea were all included in the room rate, so I felt full after just one meal out each day. I stayed for four days and gained four pounds! The rice noodles were just too delicious. Thank you all, I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

The service at Yueshu was truly exceptional. They added me on WeChat a day in advance and helped me with route planning and nearby attractions. We visited during the off-season, and since we had kids, they even upgraded our room for free to a detached villa. The breakfast and the goodnight dessert were both delicious and used high-quality ingredients, which I loved! My favorite part was the in-room hot spring; they filled it an hour before we used it, and it was so clean and comfortable. Thank you for your wonderful service!

The service was excellent! They even have a dedicated private chat group, and afternoon tea and supper are all included in the room rate. The travel photography was also very professional.

Had a fantastic trip, very comfortable! The butler was available on WeChat, ready to assist whenever needed. There was a barbecue every other day, lots of activities, and afternoon tea. The pool wasn't too deep, perfect for a splash around. Transfers to West Street were available anytime. I'll definitely come back again!

A major advantage over other B&Bs is that each room has its own hot spring tub, which is wonderfully relaxing after a long day. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the city center. Afternoon tea and late-night snacks are also provided, and the butler service is excellent. Goodnight supper: Due to rain, we missed out on the BBQ buffet and only had congee, rice noodles, and glutinous rice balls.
