At the heart of the Sanctuary lies the Pancha Kosha Himalayan Spa Village, where guests experience authentic Himalayan therapies guided by experienced Ayurvedic doctors, yoga masters, and healing practitioners. Signature treatments include Ancient Massage therapies, Buddhist healing rituals, singing bowl therapy and chakra balancing.
Mindful spaces throughout the retreat encourage stillness and reflection — from the 20 ton Himalayan Rock Salt House for breathwork and the Crystal Room for deep meditation to the Shivalingam Meditation Maze for inner clarity.
