The front desk person; Danielle; was amazing and was right there willing to help with whatever you asked her for, she was great and that hotel should be privileged to have her there as an employee

Exceptional Being a Mayo patient, and trying 3 other properties, this by far is the best The Housekeeping far exceed other competitors Our room was vert spacious The bed was comfy as were pillows TJ Maxx is walkable as is the Health Food store Sports Bar is just off hotel parking lot All the staff very helpful and efficient Water Park pool is in hotel There’s an adequate gym

Overall very pleased with this hotel and our stay. Only issue was the pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance and there’s limited food around the hotel. 8.5/10! Clean and comfortable room

Unfortunately the room next to me was occupied by a family seemed to be about 3-4 kids who yelled and slammed doors to early morning hours. I called to complain but it didn’t stop. Not the hotels fault but they did nothing to stop it.

Nice hotel for the most part, however I didn’t need them to come clean each day but I did ask the front desk and the maids for fresh towels. I did not get them. At the hot tub it seems that the children are allowed to use the hot tub, not just one but they sort of took it over. So a little disappointed with that.

Pros and Cons
Front desk staff and maintaince worker were amazing. My door wouldnt lock and it was fixed within an hour. I needed to ad a day and they were extremely helpful. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. I did not hear from housekeeping except for when I asked for towels and a trash bag. The shower began to not drain by the end of our stay. The bathroom was a little rundown and needs refurbished.

Upon a late check in at 11pm the process took much longer than it should have because the front desk attendant was playing games on his phone rather than setting it aside to keep the check in moving quickly. Wasn’t great service considering we were tired and had small kids waiting in the car to go to bed.
