First of all there was no phone in the room. Second, we couldn't enjoy the pool because the water was too cold for an indoor pool and the water was cloudy like it was not cleaned in a while. The breakfast was ok. They could of had a better variety. Not recommended.

The room had stain on carpet the refrigerator was dirty No WiFi Cable terrible I put disturb side on outside door They came in anyway change trash Very poor maintenance thank you Paulette Summerlin rm 405 Regenda

Very clean & well maintained property. I received a quiet room as requested. There is a continental breakfast and an Indian menu as well as, an American menu at the hotel restaurant. Also, free henna is an added perk. I will definitely return here.

We were here just one night. We just needed a clean bed to rest our heads. The staff was very friendly and go above and beyond to make you happy.

The ease of getting in and out to go places. Everyone was helpfull as it was our first time to Connecticut. Breakfast was great and plenty of parking.

Upon arrival , check in was 3 pm, had to wait 45 minutes for room to be ready. After asking for 100 dollar deposit , card was charged 605. Had to wait 24 hrs for return funds. While traveling for a get away weekend thats not ideal at all. TV only had 1 remote that would not allow me to hook up my fire stick. Room smelled like mold and fabuloso. You had to fuss with the shower valve to get hot water, when adjusting the shower head its wobbly coming out of the wall, Several light bulbs were out. Dog down the hall wouldn't stop barking. Overall for 164$ a night some quality and professionalism is expected thats not what I received at all.

First 48 vibes. Visible dirt, broken microwave, bad air quality, no air filtration, uncomfortable bed, wifi did not work, and someone was in room despite do not disturb sign on
