Value for money. Conveniently located. Large swimming pool. Adequate owners. Delicious restaurant. The sea is not suitable for swimming, but across the sea you are in Thailand.

Hotel well located few meters from Crab Market and one Km average from the beach. the hotel got 10 villas full equipped - pool - good breakfast - a good place to relax in Kep. the owner give you all the information you need and organize for you the transportation - you can also bike. I recommend this place

Family run business Fred and his wife, the staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble .We found the bed very heard to sleep on .And Fred had it changed by the time we had breakfast the next morning . The grounds are well kept . And right across from the sea .

We stayed two nights. Loved the garden setting and location. Fred and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large - as was the bathroom - with an outside terrace . Dining has a view of the sea through trees. Restaurants are a 2 mins walk, while the beach is maybe 10 mins - very well located. The food at the hotel is fresh and excellent. There is also a rooftop bar where food is served. Bikes available and advice on where to go. They also set up our bus to Phnom Penh. Highly recommended.

A wonderful place to stay. A quiet and peaceful resort without the trappings of being overblown. Easy access to an array of amazing foods in the (more than just) crab restaurant *****. Excellent service from Frederic and all the staff. Good quality mountain bikes at the resort and lots of classic rides. It’s a fascinating area. Check out the French ‘ghost-town’, Sothey’s Pepper Farm, ride up to the lookout in the National Park, Kep beach, salt fields, sunsets over the water and more. Locals are super friendly and helpful. It’s safe, peaceful and reasonably clean. A big shout out to Sabbay Kep for great service and even great food. We usually eat out when travelling but the resort food repeatedly competed for our attention. Nice pool, aircon that works, very few mozzies and nets that work. Much recommended. Thanks for a nice visit.

We stayed @ this hotel for three nights,the environment is very comfortable,the place is clean,and the staff are all very nice and hospitable.The location is very nice,just cross the street is the beach.

Excellent family run hotel, with excellent staff and good food. Family were very comfortable here, the location is amazing and you are 5 minutes walk from the crab market and lots of seafood restaurants located right on the coast. We will definitely be returning!
