Best Western Plus Hotel Ilulissat

Travelling is an eye opener. I came across the worst rudest Front Desk person , Heidi. I booked a Seaview Executive Room, but was given one with a view of a broken hut on some stones. Heidi at the Front Desk said , " You booked through *******, so we cannot change for you.". I said ," I paid extra to have a seaview room snd it is printed out on my voucher. ." ... Heidi said " ******* made a mistake, our hotel is full, we cannot change room for you".I said I need to take photo of your name plate to complain against you" . Heidi said , "It is against the law here for you to take a photo of me, I will call the Police" ...She stormed into the manager's room. Her manager, Renee, was more reasonable. We were offered a seaview room in the end. I hope that this very bad experience was not because I am asian. The rooftop restaurant is good because of it staff, its view. I should have taken photo of the 'broken hut view' room.
