This is my second stay here, and overall, it's 100% perfect. The hotel is luxurious and elegant throughout. I've enjoyed the breakfast, pool facilities, and rooftop bar service. From the attentive receptionist during check-in to the proactive and thoughtful waitstaff at breakfast who offered service even before I asked, and the quick-responding pool attendant who came to greet me – it truly touched my heart. I will definitely book here again next time. Plus, there's a large shopping mall right downstairs with dining, entertainment, and massage options, and it connects directly to both BTS and MRT, making it super convenient to get anywhere.

Great location, and the room was spotless. You get an amazing view of Lumpini Park. The pool view is also fantastic. I'd definitely love to visit this hotel again.

The views are amazing, overlooking Lumpini Park. The hotel has a dedicated Chinese-speaking front desk, which is very helpful for guests from China. Any issues are addressed promptly and with great care.

The air conditioner in room 1910 was incredibly loud, even on the lowest setting it roared. It got even more intense at night. They tried to fix it, but it made no difference. Even with earplugs, the noise was still very loud. I suffered for three nights and asked to switch rooms. They moved me to 3301, and I finally got a good night's sleep. As compensation, the hotel offered my friend and me a spa treatment each. Aside from the extremely loud AC in room 1910, everything else was very satisfactory.

This is truly the best hotel in Bangkok. From the moment I stepped into the lobby for check-in until the moment I left, all the staff were incredibly kind. The room was incredibly spacious and luxurious, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was also very satisfying, with sparkling wine and a wide variety of dishes that could be ordered. If it weren't for the price, I'd want to visit frequently.

The service was incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home. The views were absolutely top-notch, and staying here was so convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation, all within the same complex.

I chose this hotel for my first trip to Thailand, hoping to spend some quality time with my family whom I hadn't seen in a while. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, and my mother was absolutely thrilled, which made me very happy. The view from the 38th floor was truly breathtaking and unforgettable. This has become my favorite hotel, arguably the best I've ever stayed in. Not only were the hotel's interior and ambiance wonderful, but the staff's hospitality was also exceptional. We also visited the hotel's infinity pool and the bar on the top floor, and both the views and the atmosphere were superb. It's definitely a hotel I'd love to stay at again for a special occasion or as a gift.
