Very welcoming team at Kamuela. Always greeted warmly when passing by the reception. The team really works hard to ensure all our requests are met. Comfortable stay right in front of Plaza Lagoi. Love the stay. Breakfast was good. It is a really relaxing and safe stay here.

Excellent services and breakfast can be arranged to be delivered to the Villa or have it at the Cafe. The indoor pool is clean and clear and make up room is clean. The Villa also provide free transfer from the Ferry Terminal and it is very important for us as we have 3 road bikes to transport Good location and within walking distance to the Plaza Lagoi. Thank you so much Kamuela 🙏👍

It is a very cozy and relaxing resort stay in Bintan for sure, very suitable for couples getaway and someone that just want to chill in the resort, it has everything from comfortable king size bed with your own private pool, an outdoor shower with bathtub as well, staffs are all very friendly and responsive to adequate demands and requests

The villa is walking distance to the Lagoi Bay Beach and the only cafe “Warung Yeah”. They provide ferry terminal transport and their hospitality is really good. The only downside will be their breakfast as all of us think that their breakfast is just so-so. Otherwise, everything is fine!

The location is very good, just 10 mins away from the ferry terminal. Opposite the villa is Lagoi Plaza and Lagoi Bay. Room is spacious. But breakfast is very limited choice.

The hotel is only 15 mins from the port and they were ready and waiting to collect us which is great for families. The place is immaculate and the staff welcoming. Best book your trips when in Bintan for better prices. Breakfast is brought to your room in the mornings and make sure not to leave any food out as the local wildlife loves to visit :). There is a small mall opposite a bit of shopping. Spa on site is very reasonable and excellent service. On the whole a very relaxing place.

Super reasonable price, fantastic location, and the staff were super kind and helpful, assisting us with everything. The room was really very large.

The hotel environment is really nice. We chose a room with a pool in the middle, and the room was spacious enough for two kids to splash around. Directly opposite the hotel is Plaza Bintan, and there are two good, affordable restaurants nearby, Yeah and CEK, where a meal for four costs just over 100 RMB. The hotel is about a 300-400 meter walk from Lagoi Bay, which has a very clean beach and some lovely little scenic spots. Breakfast is a set meal delivered to the room.

The stay was great. There’s a plaza near the villa to eat and shop. Side note, the villa is near nature so theres a lot of bug around.
