The hotel's location is perfect. It's just a 5-10 minute walk to the marmaray, metro, boat, bus, or taxi. Even if you don't want to travel, there's plenty to see. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Every day we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed anything. The hotel is very clean and simple, with no extra amenities, but this was sufficient for us. I just found it strange that we didn't have a separate towel for washing our hands. When I asked, we did receive an extra towel. They don't have a laundry service, so if you're staying for a longer period and don't have a lot of clothes, that could be a problem. Furthermore, the walls aren't very thick, so if people talk in the hallway, you can hear them. This only lasts for a short time, and we weren't often bothered by it. If you have a problem with noise, the staff is very helpful and will find a solution. Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.
