I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! My recent stay at MGM Shenzhen in Xiaomeisha was truly exceptional. The butler contacted me a day in advance, even adding me on WeChat. Since we were arriving early the next day, the butler offered to arrange the room for us beforehand. As a result, check-in was super quick, and we were in our room in no time. The room was impeccably clean, and the sea view from our sea-view room was fantastic – we could watch the ocean right from bed. The bed was also very comfortable. They even prepared a lovely little surprise for my child 🎁, which was such a wonderful touch and made my child incredibly happy. The complimentary first round of the minibar was another big plus. I especially want to praise our butler, 'Lettuce 🥬'! She was incredibly thoughtful and proactive, contacting us before our arrival to explain all the hotel activities. She gave us timely reminders about the M Show, the pool, and the Little Lion Club schedule. She was always quick to respond to any questions and helped arrange all our requests, providing excellent and hassle-free service. The breakfast offered a good variety of Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. The hotel has a private access point directly to Xiaomeisha Beach, so there's no need to take a detour. The M Show at night was beautiful and created a great atmosphere. Overall, I didn't encounter any issues, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next beach getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a vacation in Xiaomeisha.

We booked a parent-child room for 4598 [currency]. The package included afternoon tea and a light dinner. The room had an extra bed with a slide, which the kids loved. However, I didn't feel it was great value for money. A standard room at around 1700 [currency] would have been perfectly sufficient, as all the amenities and services are the same 😂. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We even caught a bread crab on the beach in Shenzhen! 😁 We also met an uncle who was casting a net and caught some fish 😂. Overall, it was good, but next time I'd definitely try a different room type 😁.

We stayed here last year on National Day and returned again this year. It keeps getting better every year; the sand on the beach was even finer this time. Even though it was crowded, everything was well-organized, and everyone could find something they enjoyed. The room was clean, spacious, and odor-free, with beautiful views. The first round of the minibar was complimentary, and replenished items were delivered promptly. The kids had a blast! A lovely lady named 'Shengcai' (Lettuce) was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and proactive in her service, anticipating our needs. She was particularly delightful, and we're so grateful! 🙏 We'll be back again next year!

My stay at MGM was very satisfying overall. The room decor was cozy and clean, making me feel right at home. With floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea, I could see the beautiful blue ocean from the balcony, which immediately made me feel relaxed. It was incredibly comfortable. The beach had fine sand, and the water was crystal clear. Since it's the hotel's private beach, the density of people was low, offering an excellent experience! Plus, the weather was perfect. The hotel is nestled between mountains and water, with blue skies, white clouds, the vast sea, distant mountains, boats on the water, and people enjoying their leisure time, all forming a beautiful scenic painting. The hotel's breakfast, buffet dinner, and afternoon tea were all very extensive, satisfying not only my taste buds but also providing a dual release of spirit and material comfort. Furthermore, the hotel's service was enthusiastic and attentive. Every staff member greeted and served with a warm smile. When checking in at the front desk, I exchanged WeChat contacts with the receptionist, a lovely young lady named 'Doujiao' (Green Bean), which is a unique and cute name – thumbs up to her! Daily itinerary planning and show schedules were promptly sent to my phone via WeChat, helping me organize my time perfectly. I also had a travel photoshoot and got some beautiful pictures. I was extremely satisfied with this trip.

This was my first visit to Shenzhen, and I never imagined that a high-tech city like this could boast such beautiful coastlines and crystal-clear waters. The natural environment is truly exceptional, vibrant and stunning! The hotel's overall family-friendly facilities met our expectations for a family hotel. With Xiaomeisha Ocean World right next door, it's perfect for families with young children. We had lunch once at the Italian restaurant; it was delicious and not too crowded. We dined twice at the Chinese restaurant, but it was very busy, and service was slow, with long waits for food. I definitely preferred the Italian restaurant. We also had afternoon tea at the lobby bar, but it was extremely crowded and noisy. Another point that slightly dampened the vacation feel was that when we were at the pool, there was no pool bar, and no outside food or drinks were allowed. This policy felt a bit restrictive. In terms of activities, during our National Day stay, the M Show and Magic Show were quite captivating, and our older child thoroughly enjoyed them. The hotel's resort facilities are well-equipped, and the beach is also quite nice. Although it's not a private beach, it wasn't crowded in the evenings, making for a pleasant experience. However, I personally didn't care for the hotel's Las Vegas-inspired style. It felt neither grand and luxurious enough nor relaxed enough for a desert resort. It's stuck in an odd style that I found a bit unsettling. This might be a subjective preference, as aesthetics vary from person to person. What I most appreciated about the hotel's design was the elevator flow from the rooms to the parking garage and various activity areas. One swipe of the card and you're good to go, making it very quick and convenient, without having to switch between multiple elevators. The room itself wasn't large, and with the bay view, it felt a bit cramped overall. I couldn't quite distinguish between the 'Selection Room' and 'Deluxe Room.' My 'Selection Room' was on the lowest floor of the west wing, room 618. The view of the ocean to the right was largely blocked, with only the pool and a curved bay to the left visible. There was a minor incident during check-in. On the night we arrived, a front desk lady and a bellboy escorted us up. Due to a delay in swiping the card, the elevator opened, and many guests rushed in, bumping into our child. The front desk lady apologized upon reaching our room and offered a complimentary breakfast for our child as an apology, saying we could just go and eat. I thanked her and was happy with the gesture. However, for the first two days when we went for breakfast, the restaurant staff said it hadn't been arranged and needed to verify with the front desk, which caused delays. Although the restaurant staff were all very kind and let us in to eat eventually, I wasn't sure if the verification ever went through, and I felt the experience was a bit inconvenient. On the third day, I proactively contacted guest services and followed up, and on the third day, we were able to enter directly without any verification for the child's breakfast, which was quick and seamless. The first two days were indeed very crowded; guests were still lining up outside the restaurant until 10:30 AM. Perhaps the National Day holiday was just too popular, but it did make guests feel that their vacation had some shortcomings. Nevertheless, I will definitely return to the Shenzhen coast in the future; it truly is a beautiful place.

First time visiting, and even though it was National Day, the overall service and operational efficiency were excellent. We were able to check in immediately upon arrival. While breakfast was crowded, it was very well organized, and the quality was superb! The beach, rooms, and other facilities were also great, and the M show was fantastic. The best part was the interaction with Pineapple; they were in touch even before check-in, providing amazing service. We'll definitely be back again.

Our stay was quite remarkable, and a special shout-out goes to our butler, Hyacinth. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, and after informing Hyacinth, it was handled efficiently and promptly. Instead of brushing off the small mistake, they actively resolved the problem. We even received a thoughtful farewell gift upon check-out, which truly showed the sincerity of their service. Excellent service isn't just about being flawless, but more about how issues are addressed when they arise. Hyacinth's professionalism left a deep impression, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.
