Shilla Monogram Danang

The hotel's environment and cleanliness were truly outstanding! We stayed at the Shilla Hotel in Da Nang for four nights, and spent all four days enjoying the hotel's amenities. We sunbathed on the private beach, swam, and used the sauna. We only left the hotel on two of the evenings. The sand on the private beach was incredibly white and fine, and the ocean water was crystal clear. We had a direct sea view from our room, and being able to watch the sunrise from our balcony at around 5 AM was absolutely stunning 🌅. The hotel's sauna area was very clean, and our room was also impeccably tidied. The hotel breakfast was quite good, with a variety of different Vietnamese specialties each day. On our first night, we ordered a Tomahawk steak at the hotel restaurant, and it was unexpectedly delicious! You could also scan a QR code directly on the beach to order drinks and food. The Caesar salad and frozen margarita were both superb! However, I felt the service was slightly lacking in one area. The restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly; they even remembered our preferences. The housekeeping staff, though, could use more training. I usually never complain to hotel managers, but this time, the housekeeping staff kept ringing our doorbell early in the morning and woke us up. We told them six times that we didn't need service, yet they still swiped their card and entered our room. After breakfast that day, I went to speak with the hotel manager about the issue. The manager was very understanding and kindly arranged a car to take us to the airport.

Excellent stay at Shilla Monogram Danang! The staff are incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The grounds are large, green, and very well-maintained – it's a pleasure to walk around. The beach is clean, wide, and calm, perfect for both family vacations and those looking to simply relax. The hotel offers a wide range of activities: beautiful pools, kids' areas, restaurants, sports activities, and many comfortable spots to unwind. You can truly feel the high level of service and care for guests here. I'll definitely share more details about the hotel itself, its rooms, facilities, and everything else in a separate post. 😊

✨ The talk of Da Nang! ✨ Our trip to Shilla Monogram Da Nang 🏝️ From our ocean-view room, we had a breathtaking panorama of the beautiful My Khe Beach 🌊. Waking up to the sound of waves in the morning and enjoying stunning sunsets in the evening was truly luxurious. Both the infinity pool and the open, airy interior of the hotel are incredibly photogenic 📸. It's highly recommended for those looking to relax, as well as for girls' trips or romantic getaways. Da Nang offers amazing beaches, city life, and delicious food. With easy access from Japan, it's a resort I'd love to visit again and again ✈️.

Honestly, I was quite worried about this place being a bit expensive for Da Nang standards and far from the city center, but it was absolutely fantastic. As someone visiting Da Nang for the first time, if I were to recommend it to a friend, I'd say to book a massage shop near the city center – even with an extra charge for a pick-up service, it's much cheaper than a Grab, and the distance isn't too far. First off, the pool is amazing, and the food is genuinely delicious. I even brought a shower filter, but it didn't get dirty at all for three days, so next time I won't bother bringing one. The Korean staff were incredibly friendly, and there's a private beach right in front of the pool. You can't swim there, but playing in the sand was wonderful.

Shilla is even prettier in the evening..^^ I came last year and again this year, and I'll definitely come back again~~

The view from the room was great, and the bed was very comfortable – overall, it was a really good stay. However, I was a bit disappointed that a hotel of this caliber would provide the oldest and most basic hairdryer (the kind you have to hold down the button constantly). Also, when ordering Grab, you have to go down to the lobby yourself to pick up the delivery; staff can't bring it to your room.

The location isn't great if your main purpose is city sightseeing, but it's good if you plan to make full use of the hotel facilities for a relaxing stay, especially with the convenient pickup service from Hoi An. The pool's water quality isn't the best, but it's still good for kids to play in.

I enjoy culinary experiences, so I traveled into the city center every day. This hotel would be great for guests who plan to stay on-site. It was a bit quiet inside the hotel after the holiday period, which was nice. Communication in both English and Korean is excellent. However, many reviews rave about the breakfast, but from my perspective, having stayed at numerous IHG (InterContinental, Regent, etc.) and JW Marriott hotels, it falls short. It definitely needs improvement. The facility management was excellent. This place is perfect for those who want to enjoy a vacation without much moving around. Coincidentally, there's also a golf course across the street, and private villas are available.
