This family-friendly hotel is fantastic! Everything from cleanliness to location, food, and facilities is top-notch. The swimming pool water is also incredibly clean. My only minor complaint is that I couldn't find a spinner to wring out my swimsuit, which was a little inconvenient.

Overall, the room was very clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast is highly recommended, it was really delicious. The sauna was also clean. However, there were quite a few children, so it's probably a better choice for families traveling with kids.

Well, how should I put it? All the other hotels were booked, so I ended up staying here. It's not particularly close to Da Nang or Hoi An, so the idea was to just stay at the hotel and relax. But seriously, the pool is tiny! And there are so few activities, it's a really boring hotel. The food isn't very good either. The room was a bit smaller than I expected. It's hard to say, as I haven't stayed at many beachfront hotels, but for the price, I'd hoped for a larger room, especially considering its inconvenient location. I do recommend the spa; I fell asleep during my 90-minute session and still wanted more when I was woken up. I feel like two hours should be the minimum. The private beach was decent, the water was clean, and it wasn't crowded (which I guess is to be expected given its location!). The service was quite good, and all the staff members were very nice. The photos show the beach in the morning and afternoon.

The hotel's environment and cleanliness were truly outstanding! We stayed at the Shilla Hotel in Da Nang for four nights, and spent all four days enjoying the hotel's amenities. We sunbathed on the private beach, swam, and used the sauna. We only left the hotel on two of the evenings. The sand on the private beach was incredibly white and fine, and the ocean water was crystal clear. We had a direct sea view from our room, and being able to watch the sunrise from our balcony at around 5 AM was absolutely stunning 🌅. The hotel's sauna area was very clean, and our room was also impeccably tidied. The hotel breakfast was quite good, with a variety of different Vietnamese specialties each day. On our first night, we ordered a Tomahawk steak at the hotel restaurant, and it was unexpectedly delicious! You could also scan a QR code directly on the beach to order drinks and food. The Caesar salad and frozen margarita were both superb! However, I felt the service was slightly lacking in one area. The restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly; they even remembered our preferences. The housekeeping staff, though, could use more training. I usually never complain to hotel managers, but this time, the housekeeping staff kept ringing our doorbell early in the morning and woke us up. We told them six times that we didn't need service, yet they still swiped their card and entered our room. After breakfast that day, I went to speak with the hotel manager about the issue. The manager was very understanding and kindly arranged a car to take us to the airport.

Overall, the cleanliness and facilities of the accommodation were very satisfactory. However, the bedding felt a bit damp, and it was a shame that there was no market or convenience store within the resort to buy snacks or light meals. The pool was also a bit small, so there seemed to be a shortage of sunbeds.

Everything was satisfying, from the breakfast menu to the swimming pool programs and kids' programs. The breakfast selection was really good, so it would be great to go with elders too.

Excellent stay at Shilla Monogram Danang! The staff are incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The grounds are large, green, and very well-maintained – it's a pleasure to walk around. The beach is clean, wide, and calm, perfect for both family vacations and those looking to simply relax. The hotel offers a wide range of activities: beautiful pools, kids' areas, restaurants, sports activities, and many comfortable spots to unwind. ✨ The talk of Da Nang! ✨ Our trip to Shilla Monogram Da Nang 🏝️ From our ocean-view room, we had a breathtaking panorama of the beautiful My Khe Beach 🌊. Waking up to the sound of waves in the morning and enjoying stunning sunsets in the evening was truly luxurious. Both the infinity pool and the open, airy interior of the hotel are incredibly photogenic 📸. It's highly recommended for those looking to relax, as well as for girls' trips or romantic getaways. Da Nang offers amazing beaches, city life, and delicious food. With easy access from Japan, it's a resort I'd love to visit again and again ✈️.

Honestly, I was quite worried about this place being a bit expensive for Da Nang standards and far from the city center, but it was absolutely fantastic. As someone visiting Da Nang for the first time, if I were to recommend it to a friend, I'd say to book a massage shop near the city center – even with an extra charge for a pick-up service, it's much cheaper than a Grab, and the distance isn't too far. First off, the pool is amazing, and the food is genuinely delicious. I even brought a shower filter, but it didn't get dirty at all for three days, so next time I won't bother bringing one. The Korean staff were incredibly friendly, and there's a private beach right in front of the pool. You can't swim there, but playing in the sand was wonderful.
