The hotel is very clean and has a good location. I didn't think it was a good deal to pay an extra day outside of the app. Book everything through the app. The service from the night staff. Very good. Others, not so much. Like the young guy in the desk, bad.

I asked the manager at that time yesterday, Sunday the 14th, in the morning, and in front of other people pretending to be lively, he told me that he would charge me for the sandwiches he prepared for my girls. Obviously, I paid for it without saying anything, it was $4000, but the truth is commercially I don't think it will bring any benefits, we won't be coming back again. We stayed with my partner in the month of January. The room is normal, clean and you can see that the maids are always cleaning the entire hotel. If we have an unpleasant experience regarding the staff: in the bar the service is very bad, the ladies are poorly dressed and answer badly when you ask them for something. On the day of our departure, in the morning at the concierge there was a man who could be heard shouting at his colleagues and laughing at the passengers (he just said something about me and my husband when we left that we didn't want to answer him so as not to fight), another boy HE CUT HIS NAILS and there was one more person who could be heard sending messages on the phone. A shame because the point of the hotel is very good, but we will not return.
